Host was communicative when we had questions and there was ample space for 3 couples to stay. Easy access to downtown Lexington as well. Only callouts are we wished there would have been liners in the bathroom and some of the pocket doors didn’t completely close. Totally fine since we are a close knit group but FYI.We would stay again!

We stayed here while attending a horse show at the Kentucky Horse Park, and it was a great place. Quick & easy drive to the horse park, and there were several restaurants within walking distance. We were able to park right in front of the house for our whole stay. The house was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very cute and charming place. The perfect spot to stay to visit our son at UK and make it feel a little more like home. The location was close to everything. Had it not been so dang cold we could have walked.

We enjoyed our stay over Easter weekend. While the street itself is modest, the property stands out as the nicest on the block and made for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The home was very clean - many features felt almost brand new (bathrooms are beautiful) and spacious, and it’s conveniently located at the end of the street with ample parking and is an easy walk to downtown Lexington. The yard is smaller than we expected, but it wasn’t an issue—we still had plenty of space for an Easter egg hunt both inside and outside the home.
