Such a great location and easy access to Mackinaw City, Mackinac Island, St Ignace and the Upper Peninsula. The cabin was cozy and just enough room for our family of four. The cabins are surrounded by hotels/motels so the lake/sand area in front of the cabin is open to all and can have more traffic. Great stay, wonderful memories

Very cozy and serene cabin right on the water. It was well stocked and had all necessary amenities. We got a bit turned around at first and were at an identical set of cabins a few blocks down, but that was our mistake. Host gives clear and easy instructions and is responsive.

Lake view, right on the beach, parking was tuff, the hotel behind the cabins where you share parking was full , a lot of people around so not secluded, but overall a great little place to stay

Rooms great! cabin smaller than pictures but works. Great veiw of bridge fire works. Beach nice. Only knock is hotel not greatest pool hot tub nasty.

Location was strange (behind a motel), but the beach access was great (motel guests also use the beach). Cabin was clean, plenty of towels; perfect for a single night stay. Parking was a free-for-all with motel guests; we got a spot right by the cabin when we arrived, but when we came back from Mackinac Island, we had to get creative to park nearby. Based on the hotel/motel options I saw online, this was a great option for us!

Cute little log cabin cottage right on the beach! The listing says there is access to an indoor pool and two water parks which is essentially true, but they are scary looking, and not kept-up! I would only allow my enemies to enjoy those “amenities.

A cute little place to enjoy the lake and camp fire :)The property supplied some wood for the fire, but it would have been nice to have a lighter and newspaper to help start it.Very limited kitchen supplies - your basics, but no bowls/strainer/regular coffee, Ice cube trays. The door lock was loose, and the blinds didn't work that great.It was clean and the shower was wonderful :)

It’s a very pretty cabin, right on the beach. The double bed was comfortable, we understand that the bunk bed mattress was hard, and that the lower bunk did not have enough head clearance for an adult. It took several tries for us to get the keypad on the front door to work. The host should make the process for using that keypad clearer, and they should have responded when we sent a message saying that we were having trouble getting in.

This place is great. The cabin was clean and adorable and stocked more than i expected. The location on the beach gives and incredible view and you can watch the sunrise over the water from the porch. Will stay again

So cute!!!! We are so happy we found this cabin. It is absolutely adorable and sits right on the beach. We walked along the beach, enjoyed morning coffee on the porch, and watched the sunrise over Lake Huron. We had 4 adults and we felt we had plenty of space. We look forward to staying here again!

Overall, we were very pleased! Super clean and easy to check in. Mostly great communication, except when we had questions about checkout…never got a reply. However, it was Sunday morning, so I can relate to that! Every other vrbo we’ve ever booked has had very specific instructions for checkout…this one did not. I believe the reason for this might be because the cabin is, what it seems, considered part of the hotel. We could use their pool, dumpster, and ice machine. We were able to buy ferry tickets to the island at a discounted price right at the front counter. Very convenient! However, advertised fire pit for the rental. While that is technically true, it’s not for your own personal use. Be prepared to claim your fire pit early, otherwise it’s open game for all of the hotel guests as well. Traveling with teens and they did not feel comfortable congregating with the other guests…and they’re not shy! Our cabin, #1, was closest to the parking lot beach access. Be prepared to have uninvited guests linger in that area. We couldn’t use the picnic table or chairs right in front of our cabin all weekend. It seemed to be the designated smoking area before people hit the beach. Also had other guests sitting on our front porch stairs…just kind of awkward. But!! It really was a great space for 2 adults and 3 teenagers to call home base. Easy trip to The Island for a day. We had all the cooking supplies we needed, and well stocked with firewood (although we didn’t use the fire pit)
