10th floor Paradise! Recently renovated in 2021, this two-bedroom, two-bath condo sits directly on the Gulf of Mexico and has one of the most spectacular views of Siesta Key Beach with its white powdery sand and turquoise waters along with sunset views that go on forever.
Totally remodeled, this all-new unit features an open floor plan allowing gorgeous Gulf views as you step in the front door and from each room. Custom tile flooring and crown molding throughout, an expanded, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a convection/air fryer oven, quartz counter tops and bar seating for four.

Relax and enjoy one of the three large screen Smart TV's with cable and wi-fi throughout. Fully furnished, this unit accommodates six. Let the gulf waves lull you to sleep on a king size bed in the master suite with adjoining bath featuring an oversized shower with rain head, quartz double bowl sinks and walk-in closet. Two queen beds occupy the guest bedroom and is just steps from the guest bath with quartz counter top and tub and shower for those who still prefer to soak in the tub. This unit also includes a full-size high efficiency washer and dryer.

The building complex offers the convenience of being steps from the beach with complimentary chaises and chairs or relax in one of the two heated swimming pools. Other amenities include three elevators, one glass enclosed, assigned covered parking and on-site security at all entrances and pool areas.

With a SK Trolley stop located in front of the complex, take a free Trolley ride to Siesta Key Village offering local dining and shopping or head south on the Trolley for more local restaurants and Turtle Beach. Just a short drive north is St. Armand's Circle filled with upscale, trendy shops and dining. Downtown Sarasota is home to the Ringling Museum, Marina Jack's featuring ocean front dining and many pubs and restaurants.

Paradise is Siesta Key

Location, location, location! Our stay at the Crystal Sands condo was beyond fantastic! The condo was absolutely gorgeous ! Beautifully decorated and recently renovated! They thought of everything you could possibly need! The spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from every room in the condo was breathtaking, to say nothing of watching incredible sunsets from the comfort of the 10th floor screened patio. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, with a free trolly, and a trolley stop right In front of the condo, was so convenient! No shortage of free lounge chairs on the beach and pool! Communication with Tom was always almost immediate! We are already looking forward to our month long stay next March 2025! Thank you Tom and Vera for a fantastic month!!!

Excellent Condo

Everything about this condo is excellent. From the view on the deck, the comfortable livingroom furniture, the updated bathrooms and the king size bed in the master bedroom. It has a fully stocked kitchen that has lots of space and many updates. The beachfront and building are very well taken care of. Tom, the owner is very quick to answer questions and is a great owner. We love coming to Sarasota every year and hope to rent this unit each time.

This Condo is totally as advertised. Brand new renovation, great very comfortable furniture and beds. Perfect view of Siesta Key beach and sunset. Private area on beach for Crystal Sands owners/renters and nice pool adjacent to beach. Owner of this unit very responsive and helpful before arrival. Did not need them otherwise, all is perfect in their unit! We come back to this area regularly, mostly because of the great restaurants in Siesta and Sarasota area. Will definitely use this condo again!
