Enjoy the full splendor of Crescent Beach while sitting on the 32-foot lanai that directly faces the Gulf. This is one of the rare condominiums on Crescent Beach that offers this exceptional view from the living room and from "each" bedroom. Hear the waves and see the sunset from this incredible 180-degree front view of the Gulf. After all, Siesta Key is all about the Gulf so why not enjoy a front row seat to this magnificent attraction. Have an evening cocktail on the lanai, watch the spectacular sunset, feel the gulf breeze, make a memory...

Once you visit Siesta Key it is easy to understand how the "baby powder" white sand of Crescent Beach has been acclaimed as one of the most beautiful in the world. This four-mile beach of pure white sand runs gently into the Gulf with a mild surf, making it ideal for safe swimming, walking, jogging, or just sitting back and enjoying the view in a lounge chair (provided free of charge for guests of Crescent Arms).

This center beachfront unit is uniquely designed to provide two bedrooms and two baths that are completely separate and private from each other. Each room enjoys a full view of the Gulf and has individual access to the lanai. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own full bathrooms. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. Corian countertops in both bathrooms and kitchen complement this well designed and decorated unit. The lanai as mentioned directly faces the Gulf and runs the full 32-foot length of the condominium. Convenient "covered" parking is also provided. Free WIFI and cable TV. No smoking. No pets, please.

The location on the beach is very convenient. Easy walking to the grocery store, drug store, souvenirs, clothing shops, fine and casual restaurants. The "point of rocks" is also a easy walk. This unusual beach area has the best shells and if you time the tide just right it is like your own private marine land with starfish, sea urchins, etc. Siesta Key village is a short drive or long walk and also has its own unique shopping and restaurants. Rental equipment (bikes, canoes, kayaks, boats, jet skis, etc.) are conveniently available.

Beautiful Condo, Wonderful Location!

This condo has an incredible location. It is as nice as the pictures represent it. If you enjoy the beach, it can't get much better than this. The location is within walking distance to many things and the free trolley will take you to any part of the island you want to get to. All of the folks we met in the building were very friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Gulf front Lanai

Clean, well appointed condo. Third floor lanai allows the sight & sound of the waves 24 hrs/day. Position on Midnight Pass Rd means easy access to restaurants, shops, and bridge to Rt. 41. Enjoyed every moment of our stay and are returning next year. Thank you for a great vacation condo!

Exceptional Stay

We arrived for a Thanksgiving week with our son and daughter-in-law. What a beautiful location, literally right on the beach! The unit was exactly as described, 3rd floor 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, very clean. The owner provided all necessary towels, kitchen equipment, and cleaning supplies to make our stay enjoyable. Sieste Key Beach and Restaurants and downtown stores were all open despite Hurricane Milton making landfall just 6 weeks prior to our stay. We had an absolutely amazing vacation and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Great condo with some management problems

Let me start with saying that the condo was in great shape and very well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the view from the lanai was breathtaking. Everything was in working order and clean. The pool was warm and very clean and the beach had gorgeous sand with just the right amount of depth for our grandkids. We were close to a convenience market, a few restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a coffee shop, and the trolley was a fun way to see Siesta Village. We stayed for two weeks, one of them as a couple and the other with our son, his wife, and two toddlers. The two weeks were vastly different. The first week was relatively low key, and the second week was filled with extremely loud door-slamming, loud parties, and rude guests who swarmed the pool and beach area with absolutely no consideration for the other guests staying there. Generally, I’m a fairly tolerant person when it comes to others having a good time, but our complaints were echoed by many during conversations on the elevator and elsewhere. For the latter experience, we would probably not stay again. Unfortunately for the owner who has obviously worked hard to create a great space for guests, management has a way to go to control the surrounding environment. Too bad.

Best view on Siesta

Weather did not cooperate with our stay this year but we always find other things to do and it beats the snow back home. This unit works out perfect for two couples.

Fantastic spot

Layout of the condo was great. Both bedrooms and living area face the ocean and have sliding doors to the balcony from each room. Good free transportation on the island to go to town. Enjoyed out stay very much.

We love Siesta key! The location is great right on the beach no berm to cross to the beach. Condo was clean and nice. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed having the noodles to take to beach! Would stay again

Beautiful accommodations!! Tastefully decorated!! We had everything we needed for our stay!! Frank and Cindy were always available if we had any questions, very helpful and easy to communicate with!! The view of the beach and ocean from the lanai was exactly what we envisioned!! We definitely will recommend their “ vacation home”to our friends and family. We are looking to come back for we enjoyed our stay so much!!

Best Condo on the Beach!

We have stayed at several condos in Crescent Arms and this is by far our favorite place to stay. The owners have taken great care to make sure you have every comfort of home from the kitchen supplies to extra beach towels and outstanding and comfortable furniture and beds after a long day in the sun and surf. This unit is perfect for a week in paradise and we can't wait to book here again!

My favorite thing was the screened in porch with the beautiful view!

Vacationed with my sister and her husband. This was our second time in Siesta Key. We love the ocean there and the white sand doesn’t get hot. We wished the swimming pool faced the ocean but it was very nice anyway.

Pefect Location

Best location for full view of the beach during morning coffee/breakfast. We were able to walk down to the beach and find open chairs. No need to drag your own chairs to the beach. Easy/clear instructions on where to find the place and how to get in. I would absolutely stay here again. No complaints.

Great view

Everything about our stay was excellent. We stay in Cresent Arms every year. This condo was by far our most favorite. Full view of the gulf. The location is great walking distance from restaurants, guide services, and bars. Will stay again.
