Great location

If you don’t need to use the pullout sofa, It’s a great rental and a great location. The pullout sofa needs to be replaced. Other than that, it was fine.

Best bang for your buck!

Nine friends and I stayed here for a whole week, and it was perfect. It’s big enough to accommodate 10 people comfortably, and had everything we needed. Additionally, the location is ideal, being in a quiet, safe neighborhood and a short walk from the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. Lastly, Noah is a great host and communicates very well. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was so cute and clean! It's in a great location of PCB and only took minutes to reach our destinations. Noah was so communicative and sweet. My bachelorette party and I couldn't have asked for a better host. We hope you enjoyed your cookie we left you, Noah! We will be back very soon. :)

Great place for comfort and super beach access!

Noah's place was perfect for our vacation! The beds are super comfy, even the sofa bed is comfy. All pictures are exactly as they are taken. We needed at least two bathrooms with showers and having that extra bathroom was great for convenience. The walk to the beach is less than five minutes crossing a street (sometimes if could be busy) but people give you the right of way. I walked to the beach every morning. Noah was very responsive to our little issues, we needed bed coverings to the sofa bed and there was a bee hive near the door when we got there. Once I communicated this with him, he quickly sent someone to fix both issues. I also appreciate that he checked on us a couple of times during our stay. Thanks Noah for hosting us! For sure we will consider your place again.

Super cute, great location

We had a wonderful time. We had a family vacation with a party of 6. Plenty of room! Noah was great to work with if we needed anything and check on us during our stay. We have been staying in this neighborhood for years. It's a great location. Private beach and access to back beach rd.

Love the private beach and fully stocked kitchen!

Took my daughter and her friends here for their Senior Spring Break Trip. The home was super cozy with enough space for everyone. Everything was as pictured. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you need for cooking at home. We loved the private beach that was only a short walk from the house! Main attractions were only a five to ten minute drive away. This home is a great value and we would stay here again. Noah was great to work with as well. He was always reachable and helpful.

Loved it!

This house was amazing! The home is just steps away from the beach and was very clean when we walked in. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and the location of the house was great! It was near many beach shops and stores that we all enjoyed visiting. The host was also helpful with any questions I had and answered very quickly. Definitely recommend!

After high school, I spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy, spending my duty time in Washington state! After Washington state, I decided to finish my time with the Navy and go utilize my education opportunities down in San Diego, CA. Now with new opportunities, I've decided to spend my time providing amazing experiences for my guests to enjoy destination locations. I've grown up on the beachy shores of Florida, snowboarded the biggest mountains in Washington, explored the food and beautiful weather of San Diego. Now I want to help others experience the beautiful parts of life as well!
