There's a reason this house is called Sunset View and it's not hard to figure out. Mere steps from the beach across the street, and within walking distance to the newly refurbished BHI Club. The best features might be the two large living areas that run the entire length of the house, both upstairs and down - and the huge porches on each level. On the main level, is a master suite with a king bed and in-suite bathroom. A second bedroom with twins, and another with a pair of bunk beds, share a hallway bath. Right out the door is a spacious covered deck, including a picnic table overlooking the ocean. Upstairs, the whole length of the house is a game room with a combination pool table and ping pong table. Also, a TV for video games, large sofa and extra sleeping with a futon. A fourth bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, is tucked away with an adjoining bath. Another deck is upstairs for sunbathing and a bird's eye view of the entire beach.
