Home located in downtown Big Bay across from Draver Park. Home was built in 1926 as a school house, located on a large private 1+ acre lot. Plenty of room for vehicles, trailers and campers. Snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ATV riding, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, hunting, and so much more awaits you. Thunder Bay Inn, Big Bay Lighthouse, Lumberjack Bar, Bay Cliff Health Camp, Huron Mountains, Perkins State Park, Thomas Rock, several trails, rivers and waterfalls to explore. Big Bay is 25 miles from Marquette, MI, only a 30 minute drive along County Road 550. Just a short distance from Squaw Beach| Burns Landing with access to Lake Superior and its beautiful sandy beaches and Lake Independence .Whatever the season Big Bay is the place for you to enjoy the outdoors or maybe just get away from it all...

This is a great place to stay if you want to get away. Very quiet and peaceful with miles of hiking/cross country skiing trails 100 yards around the corner. The home is clean and cozy, easy check-in, and the kitchen provided everything I needed.

House was clean and very comfortable on arrival. The host did a very nice job stocking the house . I stay in a lot of VRBO's this one was 5 stars. There was coffee and tea in the house . Along with spices for cooking. The bathroom had a first aid kit along with any thing you may have forgot. Great job. I hope to stay there again in the future.

Splendid cottage! Very clean and very well organized and stocked! Located close to several wonderful waterfalls and Lake Superior. Big Bay is a very curious little hamlet with everything you need blocks way!

Very nice and clean place looking forward to coming back next year also there is plenty of parking nice large driveway. It was more than what we expected!! Great little town as well. Great trails for riding UTV's.
