Guests will have the vacation of their dreams while staying at 8 Encore. This 3,000 sq ft villa features 5 bedrooms (including 2 Master suites) and 4.5 bathrooms with sleeping capabilities of 10 and is pet friendly! The location of this villa makes for the perfect Cape Coral stay. Our villa is in Cape Coral's most desired Cape Harbor location, very quiet and away from other major streets. The harbor is only a 10-minute walk away making shops and restaurants within walking distance.
This Villa is located in Cape Coral's most desired Cape Harbor location very quiet and away from other major streets. The harbor is only a 10 minutes walk from here. Shops, doctors, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. This holiday home is especially suitable for families with children. The western exposure allows you to enjoy beautiful sunsets in the evenings and sunshine all day on the pool deck. The property offers full privacy to the neighbors by the beautiful landscaping. You´ll enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our oversized lanai or the spacious tiki hut.

Of course you can book a suitable boat for the house. Boaters get their money's worth at this house. You have very quick boat access to the Gulf of Mexico. We therefore recommend using the in-house boat, which can be booked separately. We have the right boat for every boater in our fleet. Please ask us for more details.

The house is made for a family get away. 2 master suites are ideal for 2 families. Every bedroom has it´s own bathroom. Certainly there is also a guest bathroom for guests. BBQ lovers will get what they are looking for. The outdoor kitchen is a dream for every chef.

Our vacation villa was extensively renovated in 2021 and has a generous 3000 square feet floor space. The pool area extends the width of the house and offers sun lovers a lot of space. The pool has been built a bit further from the house to guarantee sunshine on the pool from morning to evening. If you are looking for shade, there is enough space to relax under the large tiki hut or the covered lanai area. For excessive sun lovers we have a big sun deck on the balcony. Fishermen will have a great time here. The variety of fish is phenomenal. You can expect all the various fish species the Gulf of Mexico offers.

Family-friend vacation

We had such a great two weeks at Villa Encore. The house was perfect for our big crowd. So convenient to local stores and restaurants. Fun walking the neighborhoods. Lots of great amenities. Would book again!

Great location

Everything was great. The pool and hot tub were nice and warm. All of the rooms were roomy and nicely set up. Just a short walk to Publix. The Lobster Lady restaurant was great. All and all a great place to stay.

Wife’s 40th bday getaway

Great weekend from Thursday-Sunday with my wife and friends to celebrate her. The house was great. Great pool and deck area were we spent most of our time. Location is great if you have boat since it’s right on the canal.neighborhood was quiet and safe. Near the Marina and lots of restaurants close by.

Perfect retreat

This house is amamzing. Its beautiful, spacious and in a quiet neighborhood super close to the shopping and restaurants. The owners were super reaponsive when I messaged them. Highly recommend this for your next vacation! We will definitely be coming back.

Amazing stay

Stayed July 7-14 and everything was great. House was clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was excellent and always answered in a timely manner. The fishing dock and tiki hut were so nice to have coffee in the morning and end the day with beautiful sunsets. The sun setting over the canal and pool was probably my favorite thing about this house. It was also in a perfect location. Close to stores, restaurants and beaches. Would stay here again.

Great experience.

Thought the house was amazing for our big family. Had a few small issues but the host was quick to respond and was very pleasant to deal with. If we make another trip to Cape Coral we would love to at the Villa Encore again

Beautiful home

The house was perfect for us! we had a couple small hiccups but Thomas was very quick find solutions/ resolve the problem. The house was very close to a lot of places. We enjoyed walking to dinner a few nights. We also rented a boat for 3 days and enjoyed having the dock out front. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

50th Birthday Celebration

Great property, near restaurants, and Publix within walking distance. It has 5 baths in total, when I first read the listing I took it as 5 baths, plus 5 1/2 baths. Property is well appointed, has a beautiful lanai and deck/tiki bar. Owner was easy to reach and addressed any questions.

Multi-generational

Grandparents stayed with adult children and both teen and pre-teen grandchildren, ten of us in all. Something for everyone. Pool and hot tub in almost constant use. Lots of space, both inside and out. Kayaks, foosball, ping-pong table, all provided. Caught a fish right off the dock. Publix, liquor store, Subway, etc. just a block or so away.

50th Birthday with Friends

I organized this trip for 8 friends (ranging from 45 to 78 years old) for my 50th, and it was more about the house than the location. We wanted a pool, comfy beds, and a big enough lanai for all of us to eat. This house was a great fit. It even faced west for beautiful sunsets! Having the grocery store across the street was incredibly convenient too. The house needs a little TLC, specifically that towel hangers kept falling off the walls, drawer pulls came out, and the pool had missing tiles, but the overall vibe was still big and relaxing. The pool is the center of the home, and we were there every day for hours. It's great to have the outdoor kitchen and bathroom there as well, so we didn't have to run in and out of the main house in wet bathing suits. We were surprised at the comfiness of the beds (but not the sofa bed, it was pretty old), and the ample space on the lanai. Overall, the 8 of us had a lovely and luxurious stay!

Awesomeness

Such a wonderful and nice property. No toiletries supplied, so you wil have to your own. It’s actually 4.5 bathrooms, and one of the bathrooms is out by the pool. House was beautiful though and had a lot of things. Such as kayaks, bike, swim toys and floats . I would definitely stay again in warmer weather

Destination Wedding

It was hard to sleep the first night, because it was extremely hot in the house. I think the tenant was able to do something remotely, because the rest of the nights were much better. Also, if you use the propane on the grill there's a note that says if you don't refill it tank there is a $40 charge. The grill does not work well because it took forever to cook come some hamburgers and hot dogs. The house was clean, bedding was nice, The kayaks were fun to use. Loved the pool! Great value!

Family Christmas

We traveled with two families. All people were 18+. The “kids” loved the ping pong table, foosball table, and kayaks. The outdoor lanai was one of our favorite hang out space. With a table large enough to seat everyone, we ate our meals and played many games. Our other favorite place to sit was the dock. Though fishing off the dock was unsuccessful, everyday we sat down there to watch the manatees that made their way to say Hi to us. The house was comfy and clean. The hosts were very quick to respond when there were times that we reached out to them. The area of Cape Coral is one of our favorites to visit when we want to relax and unwind. The house is in a great location with very easy access to many restaurants, grocery stores, delicious ice cream, and only a few minute drive to the Cape Coral Yatch club as well as Cape Harbor. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the Cape Coral area as well as Villa Encore!

Friends getaway.

Villa Encore was clean and the beds were comfortable. The guys liked having the dock to fish daily. We saw a manatee a few times which was nice. The pool was clean and refreshing. We did not use the hot tub but it appeared clean and hot. The outside pool area was wonderful for outdoor meals and nighttime card games. We did not use the upstairs bath as the deep tub was difficult to get in and out of to take a shower and we didn't want any accidents. It was a bit unusual to have the other full bathroom outside of the house on the opposite end of the pool area for use by the bedroom closest to the pool. It was a little chilly using it one night but otherwise it was okay. We also did not use the kayaks as their was not an easy access from the dock or yard to put the kayaks in the canal, however, it is nice to have them there if someone has the desire to find a place to use them. The games in the garage were great. The kitchen had everything we needed for the most part. We had one issue and the manager came right to the house to go over our concerns. We also had a question on something and our message was answered quickly. Overall it was a very good stay with our group of friends.

Nice quite property.

This properties biggest asset is the fantastic pool area. We really needed it as the temps were 95 plus all week. We spent a lot of time outside in the pool and using the area to relax. There is a refrigerator out there as well to keep drinks cold and not have to keep going inside. The beds were quite nice as well. They all seemed very comfortable and everyone commented that the sheets were very comfy. The tv’s didn’t have any local channels/tv when we arrived and it seemed that someone had taken all the batteries out of the remotes. We did get max over there after a couple of days and he did set up the tv downstairs for us for the last couple of days we were there. Not a big deal but check on that when you get there. The Sonos speakers that were on the patio took a little bit to figure out how to use. If you have your own speaker you should bring it. I didn’t, and had to download 2 separate Sonos apps to be able to play music and it still only let you play stations from the Sonos app, nothing from your own music library on your phone. Overall the kitchen was ok. Electric stovetop and limited drink ware. They really should get some plastic cups in there for sitting around the pool. Every time I saw my kids out at the pool with a glass I was a little anxious about them getting broken out there. It’s a very nice house and we definitely enjoyed ourselves.
