Welcome to Scottsdale Thunderbird Hideaway, the perfect getaway for families, friends, and large groups! This one-of-a-kind property features a spacious main house, a separate Casita, and a fully equipped "Game House," all nestled on nearly an acre of land packed with fun amenities. Whether you're seeking relaxation or entertainment, this serene retreat offers something for everyone.

Property Highlights:
Outdoor Fun: The expansive outdoor area boasts a private heated pool, above-ground hot tub, sports court for pickleball or basketball, sand volleyball court, putting green, life-size chess board, and more! It's a playground for all ages.

Spacious Accommodations: With 2,984 square feet of living space, this single-story home features six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 22 guests.

Prime Location: Set in a quiet neighborhood, this tranquil property is within a short drive to popular Scottsdale attractions, dining, and shopping.

Inside the Main Home:
Great Room: The main living area features an open floor plan that connects the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Relax on the large sectional sofa and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with seating for three, and a breakfast nook for morning coffee.

Dining Room: Formal dining space with seating for six to enjoy meals with your group.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, and private backyard access. The en suite bathroom features a large tiled shower.
Bedroom 2: Queen bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 3: King bed and Smart TV.
Bedroom 4: Three full-size beds, outdoor access, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks and a shower.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom with a shower.

Step outside and immerse yourself in the best outdoor amenities Scottsdale has to offer:
Private Heated Pool (heated for a fee)

Outdoor Games: Pickleball/basketball court, sand volleyball, putting green, and life-size chess
Outdoor seating area and a propane BBQ grill
Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $70 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1- September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed.

Worked well for 9 of us. Bunk house (games room) weird to us. Had full size bunk beds but no bathroom so we did not use except for games/tv. Guess be good for kids. Aminities of pool, pickleball greatly used by us. Casita is great. Husband and I slept there so he could get up early without waking everyone in main house. Requested pool be cleaned. Came next day. Had few very minor housekeeping issues. Notified them so could be corrected. Nice quiet neighborhood. Other ammenities:..hot tub, volleyball setup, outdoor grill, putting green, corn hole,outdoor TV. Would go there again. Just be aware that all 6 bedrooms are not in main house.

Our stay there was really nice, we loved the variety of activities available to us. The rooms were decorated really well. It was very spacious which worked for the amount of people we had in our party. Had a lovely stay there would recommend for anyone looking just to have a fun time with the family. We did not find enough trash bags or toilet paper, but as side from that no other issues.

Christmas vacay

Our family had a wonderful time staying here. We had just the right number of bedrooms/bathrooms for us. The kitchen was well supplied with most all we needed. With all the teenagers all the outside games were very much enjoyed. We had the pool and hot tub heated so it was well used too. Great place!!

Everything was great the ac and fridge weren’t working good so we had to transfer the food to the other fridge they had on the property. Ac wouldn’t work well in the main dinning and living room

Great Backyard!

The property was wonderful! Plenty of bedrooms and beds for our large group! The backyard was great! Kids had a fantastic time swimming, playing pickleball and basketball! Never a dull moment! Was great to not have to leave the backyard and everyone could be entertained!

We were on Spring Break. Check-in was easy. No problems at all. The location of the house was close to Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarters. The master was nice. Big walk in the closet. Had plenty of hangers.Had comfortable beds. The other bedrooms were not used except for three of my girls staying in the room with three beds, which they loved very much. It was spacious and large for all their bags and had an attached bathroom. The other two girls stayed in the backyard in the detached house. That guest house was a nice size with a king bed and its own bathroom. The kitchen is ok. A little outdated and small, but it was good for what we needed. No ice maker in the fridge, but they provided one, and we opted out and bought our own ice. The backyard was amazing with all the activities that can entertain you for hours. I had adult children who only wanted to play pickleball and lie by the pool. We did not use the hot tub. The water looked sketchy. Outdoor furniture was good as we lounged outside. Overall, it was a nice place.

Great for large groups

Bachelor group for golf and lounging. Very easy and up to date. I think sleeps 22 is a stretch. We had 16 with own beds. Others would have had to double up on smaller beds.

Nothing short of spectacular!

Stayed here for a 14 person bachelor party and we could not have been more pleased with this property. The pictures were accurate, the hosts we so fast to respond during the booking process and when we had a question, a very short turnaround to get back to us. The yard was perfect and being able to have that many activities to partake in and enjoy was beyond what all of us could have imagined. The sleeping arrangements were great for 14 guys (several had to double up in the king beds, but they were good with that). Expensive Mistake

The main house in the property did not have hot water, and the management company was not willing to fix the issue or refund the stay accurately. Very poor management, suggest looking at a different listing that is not run by ‘Ilovescottsdale.’

The property was equipped with a solar-powered water heater at the time, which required specialized attention. As we mentioned in our calls during that time, despite our efforts to secure a technician with training for this complex system, there was no availability during your two-day stay at any of the providers we reached out to. A thorough inspection by this professional after your departure confirmed that the system was functioning properly. In recognition of your frustrations, we issued a refund in line with industry standards for such situations. While we regret that this resolution did not meet your expectations, we feel our team made every effort to assist you and address your concerns promptly. We continually strive to provide excellent guest experiences, and we are disappointed that we could not meet your expectations. We’ve since upgraded the property with a new water heating system to ensure a seamless experience for future guests.

It's Like An All-Inclusive Resort!!! Fun for EVERYONE!

Everything you need and more. EVERYTHING! This place is exactly as advertised and more. Heated pool, pickleball/basketball court, sand volleyball, putting green, beanbags, outdoor chess set... the list goes on and on. We had two families kids ages 7-16 and none of the kids left the house our entire stay - even the teens. The house is great too - beautifully updated and comfortable furniture. We cooked all of our meals at home and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Nice linens. Games and a game house for the kids. Fire pit for s'more roasting. Everything you need and more!

Family reunion

Overall, it was great. However, we had a problem with the pool on Friday and I called for service. They said the maintenance would get back to us and they never did. So we were Friday evening Saturday and Sunday with no pool. Barbecue was really dirty. We had to clean it before use. All trees and shrubs needs to be trimmed, especially the one on the side, going out to the trash bins next to the garage. Gate on the left side needs repair.
