We all had a wonderful time. Our host Ray and even his brother made sure that all of our needs were met to ensure our visit was memorable. We would recommend Cozy Lakeview Cottage to others, as well as a return trip for us. Thanks again Ray and also to your brother.

Great little cottage near the lake!

The cottage was very clean on the inside and is decorated nicely. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely updated! The house is not large but accommodated our party of 6 very well. We also hosted a graduation luncheon for 11 people and it worked fine, though there is not a dining table. Ray, the owner, was very responsive to our messages with questions and needs. The only suggestion is that the porch and dock area could use a good power washing/cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this cottage.

Fantastic property and host

Property is situated on a beautiful lake with an outstanding view. It’s in impeccably, clean and well maintain. With a ton of amenities and a great general space for hanging out and enjoying your time in Tallahassee. In addition, the host was fantastic;always responsive, very accommodating, and easy to work with, I would definitely stay at this property again

Perfect family weekend trip!

We had a perfect time! The cabin is beautiful and accommodated our family nicely. It was really clean and comfortable. The lake, fire pit and dock was amazing!!! We will definitely be back!!!! Thank you!

Nice Property

Reasibly priced. Property was as described. However, the coffee cups were nasty, there was small strains of hair on the kitchen floor and in the shower. During the second night's stay, I believe some critters got in the attic because they woke us up that morning.

This location is great for relaxation, recreation and peaceful sleep. Lake Talquin sets the background for a great getaway anyone would enjoy. Highly recommended.

Fishing trip

Great place! There were 5 of us with 3 trucks and boats, plenty of room for us all. Lots of room for parking and the boat ramp is right around the corner.

Jeff was a perfect host. We got to check in early, which was very nice The house has plenty of room. Nice decor The dock was nice and has power. The driveway could handle two boats. again plenty of room. The Boat ramp is very close by along with a bait store. We will be going back!
