I stayed at this property in mid August 26’ with my family (wife and 3 kids). The condo is very clean and located near all of the local attractions. We had a fantastic experience. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking at the Jay Peak area. Susie is a great host!!

The condo was clean, centrally located and very well provisioned. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Susie was an exemplary host. She responded quickly to any questions, and the check in process is very easy.

Perfect Place

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. Everyone had their own bed and felt comfortable. Susie was great to rent from and her communication was top notch. The location couldn't be better. Great, quick access to the slope and conveniently located between Tramside and Stateside. Well equipped condo as well. Loved our stay and easily would rent again!

Fantastic stay

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was clean and had everything that we could need. Great slope-slide location. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit Jay Peak.

Family fun

Had a great time skiing on and off of this property. Excellent for a weekend enjoying the mountain. Easy access to surrounding area via shuttle. Would stay again.

Thanks Matthew, I'm so glad you liked the place and it's convenient location. regarding checkout, sadly 10am is an industry standard, driven by the need to turn the place around to leave it immaculate for the next guests. My policy on these rentals is to price extremely fairly, which means I have regular 'back to back' bookings. A less popular, or less well priced place may have more space in calendar, to allow for later check outs, but you will either pay more or have a less nice place. I'm sorry you found it to be inconvenient..
