This beautifully preserved midcentury oasis offers the best of waterfront life on the Kitsap Peninsula! A house ahead of its time, indoor and outdoor space works in seamlessly between its park-like grounds & unobstructed water views. You will discover versatility on each level, ideal for a quiet get away, family gatherings, or small weddings.
The ½ acer expanse allows for a private sanctuary and a water view from every window, deck and patio. Relax in the hot tub (open year round) or heated in-ground pool (closed in winter) while boats pass in and out of Oyster Bay.
At the water’s edge you'll find a yard for activities, huge firepit w/seating built-in seating, boathouse, moorage, & 123 feet of beach front. This waterfront estate is the perfect place to build memories with friends and family.
