The space
Located right on the beachfront in the charming seaside town of Port Orchard, WA, this home is spacious, comfortable, and resort-like, featuring new furniture and appliances. Step outside onto a brand-new glass-railed deck with outdoor seating and dinning, or head to the private dock and direct access to the water.

Enjoy the incredible views throughout the day, from sunrise over the Olympics to golden sunsets on the inlet. Watch ferries, sailboats, and occasionally aircraft carriers or even submarines pass by. With direct water access, you can easily go crabbing, fishing, kayaking, or swimming, or simply relax and enjoy watching Sea birds and eagles in their natural habitat.

Kitchen:

The spacious kitchen features high-quality appliances and cookware, perfect for culinary enthusiasts and social gatherings.
It comes fully stocked with essentials including salt, pepper, olive oil/cooking oil, and a variety of seasonings. You'll also find coffee, tea, creamer, and sugar, plastic wrap, aluminum foil, and baking sheets. The kitchen offers a wide array of utensils, pots, and pans, along with convenient appliances such as a blender, toaster, cutting boards, knives, a convection oven, and other full-sized kitchen appliances.

Dinning:

A beautiful dining table comfortably seats 10 people, with a kitchen counter and three bar stools conveniently located right next to it.

Living room:
The living room is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. An 85-inch Samsung OLED TV was thoughtfully selected to provide an exceptional viewing experience, even under the bright natural light from the waterfront.

Bedrooms:

The house features 4 bedrooms, furnished with 3 queen-size beds, 1 full-size bed, 2 twin beds, and a full-size sofa bed. Each room is thoughtfully furnished with comfortable seating, closets or shelving for storage. For those needing to work remotely, designated workstations and a monitor are available to help you stay productive during your stay.

Bathrooms:

The house features 2.5 beautifully decorated bathrooms, stocked with high-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other essential toiletries.

Gaming room:

The downstairs game room features a TV, Xbox Game console, foosball table, a cozy sofa, a chair, and a collection of video and board games, and books for your enjoyment.

Laundry room:
Onsite new washer and dryer are available with laundry detergent pods provided. You can find other essential cleaning supplies, folding chairs, additional pillows/sheets, and two water boots stored here as well.

Addition:

Guests can enjoy outdoor adventures with 1 kayak, 1 paddle board, and life jackets provided. The property also includes a charming garden with 1 apple tree and two pear trees.

Things to do during your stay:
Just a 10-minute drive away is historic downtown Port Orchard, filled with local coffee shops, a bakery, gift stores, and even a LEGO shop. Grocery stores like Albertsons, Fred Meyer, and Starbucks are also within a 10-minute drive.

For a scenic outing, hop on the wooden ferry from Port Orchard to Bremerton’s waterfront—just a 15-minute ride, to explore the naval museum or enjoy waterfront concerts. If you're in the mood to venture farther, day trips to Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, or Port Townsend are all within easy reach and well worth the visit.

The property is not fully fenced, with the backyard open to the beach. Guests are advised to use their best judgment and take necessary precautions when accessing the beach, dock, or participating in any activities.
