Stanley Stays - The Bonanza Cabin

Welcome to Bonanza Cabin, a newly remodeled two-bedroom cabin surrounded by pine trees just about 4.5 miles west of downtown Stanley. Located on a peaceful 1.3-acre property shared with two other cabins, Bonanza offers a comfortable mountain setting with easy access to the Sawtooths.

The cabin sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed. One bedroom features a sliding glass door leading directly to the backyard patio. Inside, you’ll also find a full bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen with an island and barstools, a breakfast nook, and a comfortable living room with a gas stove and Smart TV.

Bonanza Cabin is a convenient base for exploring some of the Stanley area’s most popular recreation destinations, including Stanley Lake, Iron Creek Trailhead, Redfish Lake, Valley Creek, and Park Creek Overlook. In summer, spend your days hiking, mountain biking, boating, or exploring the surrounding mountains. In winter, enjoy nearby snowmobile routes and cross-country skiing, including the Park Creek trails approximately three miles from the cabin.

After a day outdoors, relax on the covered patio and enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings. Parking is available for up to two vehicles at the cabin.

With its quiet setting, comfortable amenities, and easy access to Stanley and the Sawtooths, Bonanza Cabin makes a great home base for your next mountain getaway.

We are Josh and Inga, a husband-and-wife team who own and operate this family-run vacation rental business located in the heart of Stanley, Idaho.

We've lived year-round in Stanley since 2008 and it's been the perfect place for us to raise our two daughters, Elzie and Luiza and our beloved family dog, Ellie.

We are both outdoor enthusiasts who love to hike, fish, ski, ice skate, and explore the stunning landscapes of Idaho and beyond. Josh is a native Idahoan who grew up in Boise and Challis, while Inga is from Telenesti, Moldova who first discovered Stanley during a visit as an international student in 2007.

In 2017, we purchased our first vacation rental property, The Wall Street Cabin, and since then we've been dedicated to providing our guests with a memorable and stress-free vacation experience. As avid travelers ourselves, we know how important it is to feel comfortable and welcome in a new place. That's why we go above and beyond to ensure that each of our cabins is designed with thoughtful amenities and cozy accommodations.

Our #1 goal at Stanley Stays is to provide exceptional hospitality to all our guests. We want every guest to feel like they're staying with friends or family, not just in a vacation rental. Visitors can easily reach Valley Creek, Park Creek Overlook, Stanley Lake, Iron Creek Trailhead, and Redfish Lake, all within a short drive from the cabin. In the summer, guests can enjoy hiking, mountain biking, boating, and fishing, while in the winter, snowmobiling and cross-country skiing are popular activities.

Modern Comforts: Inside the cabin, guests will find all the modern comforts they need to unwind after a day of outdoor adventure. The cabin features two cozy bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a full bathroom, a fully equipped open kitchen with an island and barstools, a breakfast nook for dining, and a comfortable living room with a gas stove, Smart TV, and DVD player with select movies.
