Affordable Home by Tinker and 6 mi to Downtown OKC

This is a very affordable home located in Del City, Oklahoma. It is 1.7 miles to Tinker Airforce base and 6 miles to Downtown OKC. It is not in the most desirable neighborhood (more unsightly than unsafe). There are a few unkept houses on the block, although the area is slowly improving. It is located within walking distance to the police/fire stations and a cute downtown area. The home was recently updated to include a 2-camera alarm system, WiFi, etc. It is priced accordingly for the area.

The space:
2 bedrooms - Full bed and twin bunk beds
1 bath - shower and tub, toilet, sink
Dining room - with table that seats 4
Kitchen - microwave, stove, oven, full-size fridge, utensils, cups, etc
Living room with a 50-inch TV, couch, sitting chairs
Backyard - fully fenced in for the pups!

Guests have the entire property to themselves

Other things to note:
It is not the most desirable neighborhood and there are a few unkept houses on the block. But it is located within walking distance to the police/ fire stations and a cute downtown. The home comes with 2 outdoor security cameras and an indoor alarm system. The home was recently renovated and is priced accordingly for the area.

No parties. There will be additional guest fees if you bring more guests than what is indicated on your reservation.
There is a "minut" monitor inside. 3 noise alerts over 80 decibels=$50 fee and we may ask your group to leave w/o refund. Smoking indoors=$500 fee.
Checkout is 11. There is a fee of $100 for unauthorized late checkouts. We are not available past 10 pm to answer questions.

Had a great stay.It was my first time booking a place and the host made sure I had everything i needed.Very easy to get a hold of and he responded quickly.If im ever in the area again I would definitely stay here!

2 stars for condition of property Jay was good at communication until last 4 days would like to have pans to cook dishes linens, towels to use, but never came notified Jay right away. All beds/bedding was disgusting. Had hair stains sticker sticky stuff like syrup some looked/smelled urine, other bodily matter never slept in beds/rooms pans gouged rust food grease on them dishes broke food hair in drawers utensils non-usable furniture nasty took four hours to clean couch/futon remnant on paper plate to show food hair, ties zip ties, trash, dirt pencils filled plate in depth, chairs, food, dirt candy, trash, hair ties smelled awful, stove greasy inside out broken glass under it and fridge hair food grease broken parts toilet paper/paper towel used to patch door peeling smells awful bathroom mold cabinets dirty with the debris in them drain so clogged with hair tub would not drain kitchen bath sinks leak tub dirty much more sent a lot of pictures. VRBO customer care was on phone with me for over 2 1/2 hours multiple attempts to get in touch with Jay. He did get a hold of them after I let him know I could not cancel the rest of reservations till he called took additional day could be a cute little property (older home/neighborhood/ neighbors sweet, friendly neighborhood was quiet) I hope my feedback will be understood as a strike on condition of property not Jay himself better cleaning team needed/check on them to ensure your property is up to the standards of listing.
