The property was amazing and exactly what we needed for our stay. The property was very clean and extremely comfortable. The couch was amazingly inviting (so comfortable) and the beds provided an great nights sleep. We were close to OKC and surrounded by plenty of entertainment. Definitely work looking into if you are going to be in the area. Great price and wonderful amenities!!

It was a beautiful property on the inside. Comfortable with everything we needed. The hot tub was super nice and relaxing. My only worry was the backyard. I understand there has been a ton of rain, but I would have been worried about my dogs getting out. They are tiny. The neighbor's dog stayed in just fine. I was also amazed that for the most part, you couldnt hear them barking. Property was also super convenient to the softball fields we wete playing on and Devon Park.

My Stay

The booking process was easy however 15 days prior to the day that we needed an extra night, we requested it. The owner admitted to VRBO that he never confirmed nor denied the request but on my end it showed the date marked out with the new date provided. We believed that showed it was confirmed. We got interrupted in the middle of our trip saying we needed to leave right away because the cleaners were there and we were supposed to have checked out. It was a huge inconvenience and mess. We opted to locate to another property. From there VRBO kept messaging me about items left at the property that no one could tell me what they were referring to and the guests didn't have any items they believed to be missing. I asked VRBO to call me directly on a specific date and they didn't. Then when they would try to call I couldn't take their call due to work. I asked specifically too for a list of what was at the property. No one provided that. All of this could have been prevented by the host properly communicating regarding our request for the extra night.

This lack of communication made it necessary for us to notify VRBO when we noticed the late checkout of your guest, which then prompted them to contact you directly. We believe this situation could have been resolved more smoothly if we had received a response to our messages to you. My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament and needed a safe place to stay. I had looked the property up on Zillow and found that it had been newly updated and purchased by this owner. The updates inside, were accurate. However, when we arrived, the lawn was overgrown and the noise from parties at night was ridiculous. There was hair all over the floor and I’m being charged to replace the washing machine that didn't work. I did not receive check-out instructions, in reference to doing the dishes, taking out the trash, starting a load of towels, etc. I knew from previous experiences that these were usually required. After cleaning everything up, I went to start the washing machine. It immediately lit up "balance load". I figured the owner knew that it was broken, so I just left it alone. The next day, I receive a text from the owner, stating that the washing machine was "working great" before I checked in, and found out that he is charging me to replace it, when I didn't even use the thing. Hopefully this review will make others think twice about this host. I feel completely taken advantage of and frustrated.
