If you're looking for a nicely updated, pet friendly vacation rental, look no further! Check out this 2nd floor, 1-bedroom suite located just a block away from the Garden City Pier in Garden City Beach, SC. This 1-bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment is fully furnished with 1 king bed, dresser and closets for storage, Smart TVs, free wifi, private bathroom with shower and vanity, full size fridge, microwave, stove, kitchen sink, and more! The space is perfect for couples, friends, or a family getaway! Aside from the beautiful updates, our guests will certainly enjoy the proximity to the beach, Garden City Pier, bars, restaurants, and so much more. As of Winter 2022, this condo features some really nice updates! Recent updates include new LVP flooring, new furniture, new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new appliances, new microwave, new kitchen backsplash, custom tiled shower, new bathroom vanity, fresh paint, and more!

Guests will enter the apartment on the second floor; just a few stairs up to the unit. Upon entering, guests will enter into the kitchen and dining area. The full size kitchen features all new, full size appliances that include a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, toaster, and kitchen sink. We provide all basic cookware and kitchenware, and everything you need to prepare a snack or small meal will be stocked in the cabinets for you! For guests who prefer to dine out, Garden City has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short drive or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, Postmates, and Grubhub have become very popular and convenient options as well. Moving through the apartment, the living area is found at the back of the apartment. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, accent chair, modern decor, window with natural light, TV, and more. In between the kitchen and the living room, and centrally located in the apartment, guests will find a newly updated, full-size bathroom. The bathroom has been completely renovated as of Winter 2022 and features a vanity with double sinks, oversized mirror, toilet, custom tiled shower, and more. The bedroom is located on the second floor inside the apartment. The bedroom area is extremely spacious and offers a king bed, night stands, TV, dresser, overhead light and fan, and closet for storage.

Have a fur baby? Yes, they are welcome too! Our guests are able to bring up to 2 pets (dog or cat) with a $100 paid pet fee. When making your reservation, please select '1 Pet' even if you plan to bring two pets. This is because the $100 fee is a flat charge and does not depend on the number of pets accompanying you. Choosing '1 Pet' will ensure that the correct fee is applied to your booking. To keep this rental maintained as good as possible, we do ask that pets not be allowed on the sofa or living room furniture. In addition, when guests leave, we do ask that the pets be crated until their owners return. This is important not only for the care of the property, but also for vendors, pest control, maintenance, and housekeeping personnel who may need to enter the property. Vendors may not be able to provide necessary services if pets are not crated, and we appreciate your understanding!

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths in the bathroom.

Guests should be advised that this is a non-smoking rental. Smoking is prohibited in the condo. Should any smoking occur, the full amount of the security deposit will be retained and other charges may be applied. We believe in full transparency, and it's important that we are clear on what guests should expect when booking this property. Inside the apartment, many updates have been made, and many areas of the rental are truly special. As with all rentals, cosmetic wear and tear is to be expected. Parking is first-come, first-serve, and there are several open spaces around the complex. Parking spaces may or may not be immediately available, and guests may have to park at open spaces around the complex. This is a very tropical and sandy area. We will do our absolute best to make sure the floors are swept and mopped prior to your arrival.

Renter Beware

When you 1st arrive at the property especially if your staying in unit i it is very confusing to find. We had some issues and didn't arrive until 11pm. There is no one to call or talk to for any type of help on finding your rental. It needs to be very clear in the advertisement that there will be all kinds of loud obnoxious drunks around in the streets and filling the staircase where the units are located. Because it's attached to a bar and it definitely isn't kid friendly. As soon as we went inside our unit it had barely been cleaned for our use. There was so much sand on the floor we had to swept right away. We took our luggage to the upstairs bedroom only to discover that there wasn't any working air conditioning. And again no one to contact about this matter. It is stated that the unit is newly remodeled. Which it is...but no electrical has even been ran to the upstairs thermostat. After driving for hours we just were ready to lay down. We had to move the mattress downstairs to the living room on the floor to even have air. We only had oneday to enjoy our trip so we just had to deal with it. Most of the units are lived in daily by locals. Right beside up was a drug/prostitute dwelling. You should've seen the people knocking on the door all day and night. I'm from SC and have never stayed anywhere like this. Renters Beware...don't book because it's non refundable and your getaway will be ruined!!
