Enjoy amazing facilities which include 6 pools, 2 Jacuzzi, mini golf, basketball, tennis courts, volleyball, soccer nets (equipment provided), BBQ areas, green areas, playgrounds, 24 hours security and parking. Just 25 minute from San Juan Airport, come enjoy PR!

**Our cleaning staff need adequate time between guests to clean and service the unit. Inhibiting our ability to service the units will result in extra fees.

A $60 fee will be applied for non-compliance with checkout (10 am). A $60 fee plus an extra night charge will be applied for guests who check out after 11 am.

****NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND NOT EVEN ON THE BALCONY. YOU WILL BE CHARGED $100 IF CONDO SMELLS LIKE SMOKE OF ANY KIND.

*When using the sofa bed please place all sofa pillows in pillow basket to the left of the sofa bed.

*Beach towels provided for guest. Beach towels are located in the basket at the entrance of the unit. Please do not use white towels for outside use. $25 fee for missing beach towels.

*Please remove excess garbage daily. Do not place garbage outside of unit entrance.

*Must follow all posted pool rules at all times.

*Treat our place like if it was their own, respecting our property and neighbors at all times.

*There is a one time administration fee of $12 per person for Aquatika guests id wrist bands that will be charged upon confirmation of reservation. Each guest will wear a wristband at all times and abide by the pool rules. The wristbands are provided at check-in. This is an administration charge, not set by host and it is non-refundable.

**Guests must provide all first and last names of persons in their party upon confirmation of reservation.. Only registered guests on this platform and provided to us may enter the complex. No other family, friends, colleagues, associates may enter the complex as it is very strict.

**There is a $100 key replacement fee per set lost.

**Please do not hang clothing, towels or anything else over the balcony.

*Must remove ALL personal items, dispose of all opened food/drink items, dispose of ALL garbage when checking out.

*You are required to follow Aquatika Condo Rules set by the association.

* a roll away bed is available upon request at a cost of $10 per night

*You are required to cover the cost of any fines imposed by the local government or association if you violate one of the rules.

Note: We are not responsible for loss of power, water, WiFi or cable service during your stay due to natural occurrences or issues with utility companies. The host will not provide a refund for issues mentioned above which are out of the host's control.
