Our stunning 3 bedroom garden apartment, located in the luxurious resort-style complex of Aquatika with a private beach and five sparkling pools! This beautifully appointed space boasts two comfortable queen beds and two sets of bunk beds, making it the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people.

The apartment features two modern bathrooms and a fully renovated kitchen, complete with all the amenities you need to cook up a delicious meal. Enjoy your meals at the dining table for six or at the four stools at the kitchen bar. Free Wi-Fi, flat smart TVs, and air conditioning units ensure your stay is comfortable and convenient.

Step out onto the balcony to soak up the sunshine and relax in the hammock, or fire up the BBQ and grill some delicious food. The apartment also has a laundry area, making it easy to wash and dry your clothes during your stay.

But the real star of the show is the resort-style complex itself! Take a dip in any of the five pools, including a lazy river that winds its way through the lush gardens. Note: The Aquatika Homeowners Association (HOA) mandates that all guests over 2 years old wear a wristband continuously, with a non-negotiable one-time fee of $10 per guest. This fee is not covered in the reservation and is imposed by the HOA rather than the host.

As proprietors, we will pay the wristband fee upfront. However, guests are required to pay the fee before they check out. The payment method will be decided between the guest and the proprietor.

The apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 4 young children. The swimming pools were wonderful and we really enjoyed the beautifully landscaped property and private beach. It was very nice to have beach towels, chairs , toys and wagon and great to have a dishwasher as well as laundry washer and dryer. Edgar was an excellent host. He responded quickly to all of our questions.

Great stay in Puerto Rico

This unit was very nicely decorated and clean. The space was sufficient for 8 including kids and adults. The property management was in contact and very helpful. The private beach was perfect. The pools were good but could use a little more activities going on. My son did love the put put golf.

This is THE place to stay in Puerto Rico! The condo itself was lovely, comfortable, and clean, and the host was EXTREMELY responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. Amenities EVERYWHERE! There were even little flossers, makeup wipes, sunblock packets, etc. for us guests! I can't overstate the quality of this stay for the price! The complex is beautifully landscaped, has several pools, hot tubs, a waterslide, and a private beach, so there's something fun for everyone! We were a group of 6 (2 couples, with one child each) and every one of us had a BLAST. Exit the gate, take a right, and well within stumbling distance, there's an unassuming little bar/restaurant right there on the left, serving up yummy local food. Do yourself a favor, and book this condo for your next vacay NOW!

Private apartment at a resort

Very nice, clean place with everything you might need: kitchen appliances, pots and pans, spices; extra-speedy washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided; beach chairs, toys, towels and even a bug spray. My bed was a cloud, I’ve slept like a baby and didn’t want to leave my bed. There a huge pool that stretches between the resort buildings that leads to a nice beach. As many beaches in PR, there are stony formations here and there in the water, so you need to be careful to watch the tide waves drugging you towards the edgy rocks. There is a convenience store right outside the resort gates, but no restaurants, the closest ones are about 15-20 minutes away.
