Additional Policies
    1.    Strict County Rules (Required): Per El Dorado County regulations, all guests must follow noise limits, outdoor quiet hours, hot tub hours (no use after 10 PM), and maximum guest count. Violations may result in fines.
    2.    No pets. If you have a service animal, please message us first (due to homeowner’s severe allergies).
    3.    No smoking anywhere on the property, including in front of the home, on the street, or near neighboring homes
    4.    Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (decibel monitors in use; no audio recording)
    5.    No parties or events
Decorations: No wall hangings or decor without prior approval. Guests are responsible for any damage.
    6.    Minimum stay: 2 nights (no 1-night bookings)
    7.    No mail delivery: This is a vacation rental and cannot receive mail or packages
    8.    Lost & Found: Shipping is at the guest’s expense. While we’ll do our best to locate items after check-out, we are not liable for lost belongings.
