Exactly what we wanted

It was a great stay. Property manager was super responsive. Property is perfect for little kids with pools and splash pads.

Great family vacation amenities

The location is great between the beach and the variety of the swimming pools. Made it a fun and safe vacation. The building itself was a little difficult to navigate and would be nice if the building owners put up signs marking where elevators are. Check in was hard coming in late at night. It was really not visible… But communication with management was wonderful.

Thanksgiving week

This property was perfect for our family! 3 pools & the sand kept everyone happy! The unit kitchen was so well stocked with pans/skillets & utensils! We also appreciated the washer/dryer in our unit! Thanks again for great accommodations!

Perfect Waterscape Vacation!

Very clean condo when we arrived, all as represented in profile. The property management team was very easy to communicate with and super helpful. One of our best stays at Waterscape!

Great condo for a family

We loved A616! It has an amazing view of the gulf and pools! It’s beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was stocked well enough that I could easily cook a few meals in it. It’s in a great location next to the elevator also. We love staying at waterscape for our family vacation and would def book this condo again. The only issues we had are the floors were pretty dirty. Our feet were black after walking through. Seems like a common issue though, and the second master bed, could use replacing. There are some cleaning supplies in the closet though.

Perfect for our girls trip!

The place was clean and just as pictured! We had plenty of space for our 3 friends + 2 babies. We loved the resort, especially the beach area and pools/ splash pad. We felt safe and had all the things we needed!

Excellent condo

This condo was beautiful and up to date! The only complaint would be the cleanliness of the floors, the bottom of our feet stayed dirty the whole trip. The owner was very friendly and accommodating and gave us an extra nights stay for a great deal! My family would definitely return.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful time. The property was exactly what our family needed. The only issue we had was that one stove eye did not work, but the kitchen was well stocked and clean.

Great condo and location

We arrived at night so little trouble finding Building A with garage. Totally our fault but just know A is the building with the code for the arms. Elevator is right there to take you right to room. Very clean, nice view, big balcony bathroom is huge. Everything you need is close by. Definitely would stay again.

Great Thanksgiving Week!

I've stayed in several Waterscape condos managed by Coastal Vibes and A616 is one of my favorites. I loved the view from the balcony, and I used the outdoor furniture often. The bed in the master was very comfortable! It was a quick elevator ride to the parking garage or the walkway to the beach. The guys handling the beach service were great. I love how Coastal Vibes includes that service. It was a great week!

Best Girls' Trip Ever!!!!!!!

The condo is so nicely decorated and the 5 of us had plenty of room! Sitting on the balcony where we could see the gulf and also the pool while we talked and laughed was one of my favorite pastimes. It was very easy to get to the pool or the beach and we really enjoyed that 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach do not have to be paid for since they are complimentary when you rent the condo. Oh, I almost forgot! The large showers with rainfall shower heads in the two full baths are incredible!!!

A616 is an excellent condo! We have been visiting the Waterscape Property since it opened. This Unit is Located in a perfect location on property with a beautiful view of the ocean and pools. It's been updated with new floors and furnishings that are so fitting for the beach theme. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools to feed a hungry crowd! We especially liked this unit because it was very clean. I have very high standards on clean condos and this exceeded my standards! The Tvs are all smart TVs which our teenagers enjoyed! This particular unit has been our favorite choice for our family beach vacation with many memories that will last a lifetime!

Everything We Needed!

My husband and I stayed here with our 1.5 and 3.5 year olds and the condo checked all the boxes on our must-have list, plus some! Must-haves: separate room for our kids to sleep in so we dont get trapped during nap or after bed time, kitchen so we can stock with groceries, and washer/dryer. There's no check-in process (in a great way!)- you just go straight up to the condo upon arrival without having to check-in at reception, which was very much appreciated after flying with two little ones that day. They even emailed us early to let us know the condo was ready prior to the 4pm check-in (also super appreciated after traveling with the kids). Entire condo was very clean upon arrival and was stocked with extra pillows and blankets in the closet which came in handy. Only thing is that the bathrooms didn't have the two rolls per bathroom that was stated on the listing but after a simple email to the property manager, there was toilet paper left on the counter for us within an hour or so while we were at the pool. Condo esthetics and decor looks exactly how it does in the listing photos- very modern, bright, and beachy. Trash shoot is right outside the unit which was really nice. Disney+ and other tv apps were appreciated for the one rainy day we had. Only downside (not a major issue or condo owners fault) is that theres only one heated pool (we came in April though) and the building layout can be confusing (took us a while to figure out). Overall excellent and would return!

Mother/Daughter trip was successful!

Overall, our stay was good! We enjoyed the views, comfy beds and sofa. The condo was well appointed. We very much appreciated the communication from management ahead of our arrival and the ability to check in early. We would recommend some attention be given to a few areas, though. In the 2nd bedroom, the bathroom sink was slow to drain and the shower door in that bathroom didnt close properly. In the kitchen, the refrigerator door didnt close securely. Lastly, the washer is quite loud when running a load. It may need a tune up. Again, we did enjoy our stay and the condo. It just needs a little TLC. Thanks for allowing our stay!

Excellent Family Resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterscape. Our 3 & 5 year olds loved all of the pool options when they grew tired of the beach. I loved that they could run around and have fun while I watched from a safe distance with their baby brother. Our room was perfect and included everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.
