Centrally located in the city within short drive to both trendy downtown St Pete or St Pete Beach - #1 ranked beach in America by trip advisor in 2021. Feel like to home with all amenities on site such as full kitchen & laundry at your convenience. Its a 2 bedroom 1 bath each room is equipped with a queen bed, towes, beach towels. You will be able to access the entire home, It also has plenty of parking spaces for 2-3 cars I'm available when guests need or have any questions or concerns The property is well situated within a short 15 minute drive to many local destination Gulfport Beach Recreation Area - 5 mins St Pete Beach - 15 mins Treasure Island - 15 mins Downtown St Pete - 15 mins Best way to get around will be a car, the unit has 2 parking spaces available. If your up for the challenge you can attempt public transportation and Ubers/Lyfts. The PSTA's SunRunner takes you from the beach to downtown St Pete.

Why they chose this property

I feel in love with the St Pete area 2 years ago and when I was able to buy our first home I didn't hesitate and just went for it.

What makes this property unique

The home is completely new with exception of the 1953 structure. We have put much love and details to make this a home that others will enjoy. The location is convenient 15 mins to downtown st pete and 10 mins to st pete beach.
