Great property and a fun stay

This house was neat, spacious, with three separate bedrooms that have adjoining baths - a wonderful bonus for the adults in our party. The check-in and check-out process was easy. The property is split into two levels with the kitchen, one den, and most bedrooms on the second floor and a den and one bedroom on the first. The pool was a little on the small side, but it was still large enough for 7 to enjoy at one time. The kids especially loved it. All in all, a very nice property. Would recommend!

What Umbrellas???

The house was roomy, comfortable and, for the most part, very clean - the cigarette filled cup on the deck was disgusting to us. There were complaints about the lack of poolside lounging furniture, no umbrellas as shown in the pictures and floats - it was a little lacking for a 5 bedroom house - we had to scrounge around for extra chairs to accomodate everyone at the outside table. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with glasses, plates and pans for four people in a five bedroom house?? The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were fine. We enjoyed floating around in the heated pool, sharing the pool floats wishing we had umbrellas like in the picture but the privacy fence gave us a good sense of security even if it was noisy. This is a solid house and was hard to find a 5 bedroom place in the area. The location was walking distance to Gulfport ... a bit of a drive elsewhere. There are nice touches but it's not a luxury stay. We worked around problems and had a good time.

Friend Birthday Trip

Great place for a big group to stay. Was in walking distance to a some cute restaurants and bars in Gulfport. The pool was extremely nice and our group liked spending time there during the day. I wish there had been more towels.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Arrived at 4:30. 3 of bedrooms were 87 degrees due to thermostat failure- blowing heat instead of a/c. Contacted management. Maintenance sent over but did no fix. Miserable night. A/C repaired next day. Management offered activity vouchers as compensation but would not refund that night. Never again. Person who took calls was nice but management not responsible.

Great place, but serious problems

We arrived to a clean place, but found it odd that a loaded marijuana pipe was conspicuously left out in the open. We left is untouched, and took a picture to document it., On departue, we confronted about the pipe, and charges $250 for an unauthorized pet. The property has cameras, so it should be easy to confirm that we had not pets at any time. Great house. Sorely disappointed by management.

This house is excellent!

We came to Gulfport for our sons wedding. The house had plenty of bedrooms and was very well stocked.The pool was lovely. I gave the house a 4star rating because the dishwasher was broken and the floors in the house hadn’t been mopped

Getaway for large group

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was clean and as described. We had 11 people; everyone slept comfortably, only only person had to sleep on the couch. Check in was not flexible, but we explored downtown while we waited. Pool was pretty cold, but the outside area is large and private. Very eclectic decorations. Overall great space and location for large group. We spent most of our time at st Pete beach or downtown st Pete, this location was perfect distance from both (roughly 10 minute car ride).

Lovely Stay

We had a great time during our stay. The house is located close to the little Gulfport shopping+restaurant+beach area. Everything was clean when we arrived except for nerf darts all over the yard. Our kids quickly got to picking those up and playing with them. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking supplies. We ate Thanksgiving dinner at the house :). Over all it was a great stay and I would definitely recommend.

Lovely Gulfport home

Upgraded property, lots of nice amenities including pool. Easy access to downtown St Pete and beaches. Kitchen stocked with essentials and more! Comfortable beds. Was a nice place to stay for a group of 8 adults - felt like we had enough room between the 2 living areas to spread out. Thanks for allowing us to stay! We had a blast!!

Beautiful and Convenient

Beautiful, clean, space place. Nicest house in the neighborhood. It’s near all the places that I wanted to visit, such as 15 min to flea weekend market, 10min from the St. Pete beach, 20min to St. Pete Pier (a a must see if you are in town). Grocery stores, gas stations, seafood market are 5 minutes away from the house. We enjoyed the pool as well. This rental has everything for the family from antibacterial hand soap, laundry detergent to huge cooking pot to make seafood feast. Overall, I highly recommended this place.

Sweat all night and Green Pool

Nice home but when we got there the pool was nasty green. Algae all in the bottom. On top of this you will sweat all night here. The owner either has it set to go to 76 or 78 at night or he is doing it from his phone. We were all miserable at night. Will explain in more detail below for each issue. Pool: Contacted Tech Travel thursday when we arrived and they told us the pool company would be there tomorrow. No one came on friday. Finally someone comes on Saturday and they dump a ton of chemicals in the pool. It was blue and cloudy when we got back from water park. Luckily i know pools and didnt allow my kids to enter. I called and confirmed with pool company and they said it would burn skin and bleach clothes, do not use for two more days. Then we finally got to use a blue but cloudy pool once the chemicals settled (Bought my own tester from pool store). Tues the pool company came again and put so many chemicals in we lost tues after that also. Checked out on wedn. Very frustrated since the pool is a major amenity to this property. AC: Its a VIVINT system with 4 zones. We first arrived that evening we set it to 68 just like i would at home. Then we sweat all night. Didnt know what was going on so we set it to 64 the next night. Still SWEAT ALL NIGHT!! It kept being pushed to 76 or 78. We reached out to Tech Travel (VIVIAN) via text message and we got no response on how to get this fixed. Next night we tried 60, still SWEAT!!! So finally we got frustrated and just went as low as it would go which was 50. This got their attention and Tech Travel reached out. The owner of Tech Travel told us the owner was mad and we needed to leave it alone. I said well if he will leave it at 70 then I will leave it alone. I was basically told we were ridiculous but they remotely put it on 70. That was fine with me. Then 4 hours later it was back on 76. I ran it back to 70, told the tech travel owner and went to bed. He woke me up to a rude text message and then I woke up kind of sweating again and it was on 74. Next morning a guy outside when I was loading up talked to us and said we are not the first ones to complain about the AC here. And before the Tech Travel guy responds to this review how Im terrible for running down the AC, understand how I got to this point of frustration. If 68 would have worked like I keep it at my home in Texas, we wouldnt be here. We are responsible adults and left that house in great condition.
