Location, location, location!!!

The house it situated right next to Haystack - views from the dining room windows and deck are amazing. We had a great time. One warning - the house only has 1 shower as the upstairs bathroom only has a tub - this required some coordinating as we were 4 people. If you have a larger party and folks do not take baths, this place would be a challenge. Other than that - it was great.

Haystack

Overall we were all happy, the only issues were the dish washer leaked in the bottom right corner, and there was a bit of a musty smell in the home. We had 5 people staying and there wasn't enough outside chairs for us all to have at the beach because we had neighbors.

Great location and view

Overall we had a wonderful week, but it does live up to its’ quirky description! The views from the house and back porch were perfect, particularly on the rainiest day! That staircase to the beach was so convenient! The fireplace was cozy and we really enjoyed it in the evenings. The bedroom doors were noisy, noticeable when we were moving around at night! And we really wished there were 2 showers, the tub was nice, but water wasn’t hot enough for a leisurely bath! A light at the front of the house pointed on the staircase to the car would have been easier than using our phone flashlight! A great stay, but not perfect!
