If you're looking for a comfortable, cozy home for your Cannon Beach getaway, look no further than Lewis Loft! Nestled in the presidential neighborhood, and just a block walk from the rolling waves, and few blocks from downtown Cannon Beach — this little 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom gem can accommodate up to 4 guests.

When you first arrive at Lewis Loft, you will be welcomed into a cute spot that has a back yard complete with a table and gas grill...perfect for picnics and dining under the stars! You'll find a sign posted that says Lewis Loft, which is next to Clark Cabin that's also available if you have a larger group.

Step through the front door and you'll find yourself in a sweet self-contained little house. Lewis Loft has recently been remodeled and you'll find everything you need. There is an open concept living area with a large, flat-screen TV. Also in this space is the newly redone kitchen which has everything you need to make a meal or snack! With a dining nook and glass patio door that lets in lots of natural light Lewis Loft is bright and airy...making it the perfect spot for a quiet getaway for two, or a family of four. The newly redone bathroom can also be found on the first floor and is complete with a shower so you can quickly rinse off the ocean when you get back from beachcombing.

The loft bedroom can be found upstairs with two queen beds and an additional flat-screen TV. With the windows open there's a wonderful cross breeze so you can smell ocean air while when you wake up!

You are welcome to bring your dog buddy with you! Please know there's a $60 plus tax fee per dog per stay.

What a lovely cottage. So close to the beach. Kitchen well supplied with dishes, pans and utensils. Comfortable beds. We would go back.

Darling little cottage. Cozy, clean, comfortable. You can hear the sound of the ocean from the driveway. Just a very short walk to the beach. It was perfect!!

Great little spot near the beach

We had a great time at the loft. The yard was lovely, it was a short walk to the beach and the sleeping loft was very spacious and comfortable!

The perfect cozy cabin!

If we could give location more than 5 stars we would. This loft was the perfect size for us with our dogs and had a very short walk to the beach. They were very accommodating to us bringing our dogs and provided extra sheets and towels for them!

alternate location

we didn't get to stay at the Lewis Loft as the owner needed to do some maintenance. Instead we were at the Sandcastle Inn which we enjoyed. Great location, reasonably quiet and a block from the beach

Idyllic

The loft was perfect place to base my family of 3 for tourist activities on the coast. Its A 5 min walk from the beach and a ton of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, and pans. A couple of evenings we cooked for ourselves on the barbeque to save some money.

We stayed at Lewis’ Loft 3 nights and had a green time! The location was perfect, walking distance to downtown and a block from the beach. Very roomy upstairs bedroom and cozy downstairs, although we didn’t spend much time indoors. One thing to note that may or may not be important, but bathroom is downstairs while bedroom is up. Dog towels were also furnished which was helpful for our pup who loves the beach and ocean Also had a few elks walk by on 2 mornings which was quite incredible. Would stay here again. One suggestion would be some extra hooks in bathroom which would be helpful for hanging clothes/extra towels etc. otherwise it was just what we needed!

Mini spring break

Stay was nice, place is small but okay for what we needed. Cleaning fee feels outrageous when there is no dishwasher and you want us to clean and out away all dishes. Probably should rethink.

If a guest does not get around to these items we totally understand that packing up after a get away can be stressful and take time. Cute Cottage in Prime Location

We stayed in the Lewis Loft for 5 nights. The cottage was cute and in a great location - we walked everywhere and beach access was a block away. Super close to all of CB’s cafes and restaurants! The cottage is perfect for two people, if it’s 4 of you, be sure that you really like them as you’ll be sleeping in the same room and there isn’t a lot of privacy. The home was well stocked, if you enjoy cooking whilst on vacation, like we do. Pro tip- we figured this out on our last night- the couch is COZY, so if you feel cramped, there is a trundle you can pull out that expands the couch and you can stretch out. Highly recommend Lewis Loft and we would stay again!

There were three of us and we had to bring in an outside chair so we could all sit together, and the bathroom door doesn't close. But we had a nice time aside from all the police presence and arrest drama in the back yard- which was just bad timing. Overall it was good and the property was clean

Hello Brenda, Thank you for your feedback. I will pass this along about the extra seating to see what we can do about adding more chairs. We will send our team out to check on the bathroom door as well. As for the police presence, we made sure to call our guest and let them know this is an isolated incident with the house behind Lewis Loft, not directly next to this home, and that there is no threat to the public. Cannon Beach is a very safe and quiet town. This was a rare incident for this town and has been taken care of. We hope you still enjoyed the rest of your stay!

Great location and rental

The unit was spotlessly clean, fully and thoughtfully stocked, great location, and very dog-friendly. The property manager (Beachcomber) provided excellent customer service. Although the unit is small, it was perfect for me and my dog. The only downside was a lack of privacy through the front sliding glass doors that allowed anyone walking or driving by on the adjacent street to see into the unit. A screen or bushes between the unit and the street would make this unit really great. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice, Clean

Very clean. Well appointed. Had all the supplies a person needs. Only problem for me was that the bathroom is downstairs and the bedroom is upstairs. The bathroom sink was stopped up and took too long to drain.
