A beautifully renovated spacious 2 bedroom apartment with King Beds
Step back in time with this beautiful 1900s home. Recently renovated to include all the modern amenities, this basement unit has its own private entrance, air conditioning, a beautiful full kitchen, and updated bathroom. With two comfy king sized beds and a cozy living room, this unit has everything you need!
Need more space? Inquire with us about booking the exquisite 3 bedroom upstairs apartment too and gain access to the entire property! Please note the internal door between these units will be locked at all times unless the whole home is rented by a single party.
Located across from an elementary school and part of the Historic Monteith District Tour, this home is a beautiful testament of quality construction and elegance brought back to life.
Please note this is a basement unit. The upstairs is also an airbnb unit so (as much work as we've done to soundproof it) from time to time you may hear sounds from above.
Please note correct pricing is based on correct guest count.
With an ADA friendly unit on property, the driveway is available on a first come-first serve basis with priority going to to any ADA needs. If you'd like exclusive use ask us how to reserve it for your stay!

- Do not use any kind of dye in the showers, sinks, or baths.
- Pet Rules:
We are glad to host your pets too (as in dogs 🐶). Anything beyond that — lizards, ferrets, emotional support peacocks — needs a little pre-approval, just so we’re all on the same page. Regardless of how well trained the pet is, we have found pets do crazy things at unfamiliar locations. I really do not want to charge for cleaning carpets or floor rugs. It’s a pain, so please READ carefully! Thank you!
We ask for compliance in a few house rules:
🛋️ No pets on the furniture — no matter how much they side-eye ya.
🚪 No pets in the bedrooms. We just replaced carpets and are trying to keep things fresh and fur-free.
🛏️ Bring their own bedding if possible to prevent marking or nervous accidents. Trust us, they do happen! If you don’t have any, let me know — I’ve got extra pet blankets you can use.
🚿 No pet baths in the tub. That spa day is for humans only.
🚧 Please keep them on wood flooring, use the baby gates provided or close bedroom doors to ensure compliance.
🚫 No unkenneled solo pet parties — please don’t leave your pet unattended unless properly crated.
🐶 Need pet care while you're out? We’ve got a Rover sitter on standby — just say the word.
💩 Please scoop the poop. It’s basic trail etiquette and good humaning.
There is a $40 per week per pet fee for dogs (capped at $120 per month), Any other pets will be considered on a case by case basis- please inquire. If you already paid it through your reservation, great! If not, please reach out and we can discuss the various channels depending on how you booked that we can use.

We’re native Oregonians in a family of 7 with 16 grandchildren and counting! Coming from a large family, hosting is native to us and we love it! We hope you feel cozy and welcomed in our home, as we invite you to be our guest. Lonny and I first built our home, 20 years ago, and his love for building and interior design of homes has taken us to where we are now.

Located in the historical Montieth district, this home was built in 1911. Recently renovated, you'll get to enjoy the charm of a historical home without the inconveniences. We've installed a new HVAC system with heat and air, so stay comfortable all year round. This spacious 2 bedroom apartments also comes with King sized beds and an ample living room.
