DETAILS: Resting Beach Face is a custom-built home with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms that sleeps 12 comfortably. Located in the coveted neighborhood of The Preserve, this Grayton Beach home provides access to one of the best beaches on 30A, located .25 miles east of the community entrance. Guests will love this spacious 2-story home with access to the community pool and tennis courts.

Resting Beach Face has a tranquil gray façade crowned with vibrant mint shutters and a cozy sitting porch that leads to the first floor. Guests will admire the customized elements of this open floorplan, such as the white oak-colored floors, white shiplap walls, and decorative beams in the great room. Awash in natural lighting, friends and family can unwind in the living area on oversized sofas and armchairs that surround the TV. The adjacent dining area is perfect for a sit-down meal with its dining table with 5 chairs and bench seating on one side. The gourmet kitchen features a 4-stool breakfast bar/kitchen island with quartz countertops, decorative glass door cabinets, and stainless-steel appliances—including a wine fridge and ice maker. For extra comfort, there is 1 primary bedroom and 1 bunk room with queen-over-queen beds on this floor.

After a long day at the beach, guests can retire in comfort to the 3 guest bedrooms on the second floor. All the bedrooms feature a private bathroom—including one with a free-standing tub for a spa-like experience. There is also a tiled laundry room on this floor with a full-sized washer and dryer.

Outside this home is a lovely space for hosting a cookout. With a magnificent screened-in porch and a small patio with a propane grill, invite family and friends over for an al fresco dining experience with everything you need right outside the back door. Don’t forget to use the cedar-enclosed outdoor shower after returning from the beach—perfect for getting the sand off!
