Welcome to Aquamarine, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom retreat located in The Preserve at Grayton Beach. This spacious home sleeps 12 and is perfect for large families or groups seeking comfort, style, and convenience near the beach.

Three luxurious bedrooms each feature a king bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a custom bunk bed with two twins over a queen—ideal for kids or extra guests. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space.

The open-concept living and dining areas are perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and the fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Enjoy access to The Preserve’s two community pools, tennis courts, fitness room, and private beach access just a short stroll away.

Whether you're lounging in the beautifully furnished interior or exploring the best of 30A, Aquamarine is your perfect coastal getaway.

Included in the 2026 rental season is complimentary use of the onsite 6-passenger golf cart!

My family and I absolutely loved this house! It was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood was beautiful and very close to the beach. We enjoyed the golf cart and tennis courts! It's very close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. We hope to be back soon!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at this home. The house was spacious, comfortable, and laid out perfectly for our large group. We’ve stayed at several properties in this neighborhood, and this one definitely is among my favorites.Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus, and the amenities were great. Beach access was easy - it’s a bit of a walk, but the private access made it worth it.Overall, a great place to stay, and we’d happily return.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Weather! Garage was super well stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Great house for 2 families! We had 9 people total and it worked out great. Big plus having 2x washers and dryers, each family had their own to use as needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is great--close enough to the beach to walk (about 3/4 mile) and located close to great food (Blue Mountain Creamery and Redfish Taco). Nice, private, gated neighborhood with tennis/pickleball courts and pool. We loved the spaciousness of the house and how each room had a balcony. The house is perfect for a large group--big kitchen with many cooking essentials and living space for lounging, and a game room with comfy chairs, board games, and kids toys. The two sets of washer/dryers were helpful. The golf cart came in handy for family members who couldn't make the walk to the beach. The garage is stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand/beach toys, tennis rackets, scooters, and air compressor for golf cart. When we arrived, the golf cart had a flat tire, but was good once aired up. We spotted some bikes under the house, but tires were flat. It was super nice to have three king beds, but they are not very comfortable. The one my husband and I slept on was extremely squeaky which was annoying. The house is pretty kid friendly, too. Most of the rooms have really big closets, and we actually set up our baby's pack and play bed in the closet which was perfectly dark and quiet for him. Unfortunately soon after we got settled in, we started noticing cockroaches in the kitchen/living area (some live and some dead). Aside from that, it was a great place to stay. If it weren't for the roaches, I'd stay again in a heartbeat!
