Great location

Very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach and restaurants. Communication was great. It was very hot as expected during our stay in June, but the air conditioning worked great and we were able to cool off and sleep well at night. Next time I will bring beach towels. Chairs, some toys, umbrella, wagon etc. were provided. Thank you!

Excellent location! Easy walking distance to Coligny Park shops and restaurants. Several issues including difficulty with door code, missing light bulbs in kitchen, tub lever had to held down to drain water, ductless a/c difficult to regulate temperatures, several areas needed repainting. Unit was clean and beach not crowded but not likely to rent 3E again.

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the condo. As far as beach view, it would have been preferable to have been able to see more of the beach but being able to see some versus none was good. The condo as a whole was the best stocked rental we have stayed in. There was no lack of kitchen cooking equipment or serving dishes. The beach amenities that were there for use was great and games and DVD's choices were wonderful had it rained. Fortunately we did not have to break those out :) The only recommendation would be for more garbage bags and maybe another kitchen towel or two.

We would come again

We loved the location of this condo. We could see the ocean over nice trees and a lovely property next door. The pool was private and surrounded by trees which gave a nice respite from the sunny beach just a short walk through the dunes. Coligny Plaza is an easy walk. This was a clean condo with comfortable beds, nice living room furniture and tasteful beach decor. We really appreciated the beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, beach cart and bicycles! We do think guests should be aware that there is live music at an outdoor bar nearby in the evenings.

Great spot if you want to be close to Coligny Circle. Condo is right next to elevator and close to laundry and stairs. Decent views of the ocean without the direct wind coming off of it. Grounds were maintained, safe yet accessible. Beach area was clean and not crowded. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great property easy beach access 1 minute. Small property is a plus!! 5 minute walk to Coligny. Check in and out so easy. They only ask to turn off lights and run dishwasher. Would use this condo and Vacasa again!! Fabulous girls trip

Great location. Quiet except for music from bar up the beach - it seemed to get quiet around 10pm. . There were some beach chairs and umbrellas available for use which was a nice extra we didn’t expect. Can see the ocean but it is not a straight on view.

Very convenient location to beach and Coligny. Small property - nice pool on the way to the path of the beach. Condo on top floor - peaceful - plenty of towels provided as well as toilet paper. We loved the balcony. We enjoyed watching the crows, listening to the music from the tiki hut, counting monarch butterflies and marveling at the independent local cats down below. Condo could use updates - TV options were cable or a DVR (it rained everyday of our trip) Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen well equipped with items but for us, missing a cutting board and oven mitts for cooking. An early check in of 2:30 was declined via phone call - even though space was empty and cleaned. Incorrect entry code for VRBO was given via email - delayed entering condo and had to remember a 9 digit code to enter condo each time. Laundry is available outside the unit, but it is 1 in quarters to wash and 1 in quarters to dry. Had to go to local bank on the island to “buy” a roll of quarters with cash only. Bring quarters if you plan on doing laundry!Overall a nice option - great location - view of ocean and quiet.
Al’s Aloha has the BEST acai bowls! Breakfast on the balcony.

quick trip

This property was comfortable and clean. The view was obstructed by trees of the next door property but relaxing regardless. We did have an issue with the security gate, which stopped working which lead to my son being locked out of the property. Someone who must live there full-time manually opened it for us and it remained open the rest of our stay. The property manager was responsive and as helpful as they could be in the middle of the night. I would stay at this location again.
