My husband and I really enjoyed this super cute home. It was clean and well equipped with our daily needs- including laundry detergent! It is a short drive to anything you want to do in Knoxville. The property person was very responsive and was very inviting.

Wonderful stay! We stayed here to attend my daughter's graduation. The house was very clean. It had everything we needed. The host was quick with response times when we had a question. The beds were comfortable. I wish there had been a little more seating. The house was close to everything. We loved Knoxville. What a nice, pretty city!

Nice place

Me and some friends went for a short stay, place was perfect for what we needed super nice on the inside. Great communication the whole trip as well and the seeing the Neyland Stadium sign at night was really cool!

Cozy Home- great experience!

We had a really nice stay! The house was super clean and well taken care of. While the location was perfect for our weekend trip, there was quite a bit of construction in the area. That said, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would happily stay again!

Beautiful place to stay

My family came to Knoxville to watch my daughter graduate from nursing school and stayed at this beautiful place. So close to everything in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend staying there again

Beautiful place!

Loved our stay at this beautiful, recently renovated & clean place. Comfy beds. Great location for our gymnastics competition at the convention center. Easy to get to fabulous restaurants in downtown Knoxville. Owner was responsive to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Fantastic accommodations, clean, comfortable and well decorated. It would have been helpful to have had a mirror in the front bedroom due to having someone sleeping in the living room where the full mirror was located.

Bright, clean, well appointed!

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving- great location, close to downtown Knoxville and my daughter’s apartment. Host was very accommodating- she even got a roasting pan for the home when she found out we would be cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! :) Home was cozy and bright- had everything we needed for our family holiday!

Knoxville visit

Clean, comfortable updated home in developing neighborhood close to UTK. Owner was very responsive when contacted. I suggest having an information sheet available in home with specific helpful tips re: trash disposal, setting thermostat, etc.

Great Location for UT Game

The location was perfect for Neyland Stadium. We were able to walk there since no Ubers were available. The home was clean and communication was great! It was the perfect weekend in Knoxville.
