Comfortable and Clean

The house was clean and comfortable and the owner was very quick to respond to all questions and concerns. It was the perfect location for our family…close to shops and restaurants.

Not exactly a luxury home

The house was sized just right for what we needed. It was newly remodeled and in a great location for what we were doing, and who we were visiting, it had all the amenities we needed.However, the beds are really hard and you don’t get much sleep on them. The lights are very bright and there’s no dimming them. The yard needed a little maintenance.I wouldn’t consider this a luxury home, but it was a nice enough home that we had a good stay

Good location near DC

The location of the property was nice. The own put a lot of upgrades into the house to make it more modern. I have a few suggestions when updating your rental. Comfort in the key to your stay and the beds are not comfortable. No support and very hard to sleep on. Not my style at all .The bathroom updates are great but they are really small especially for anybody taller then 6th. When using the restroom to sit down you knees are right at the door. Only ideal for smaller guest for sure . Other the that the location was perfect for our event and close to DC.

Not quite Luxury

I was a little surprised they are listing this as a Luxury home. Yes it does have an upgraded bathroom and nice kitchen countertops however that alone does not make it luxury. The is clearly an investment property as you can tell things were done in a fashion to maximize profits. The dishwasher is not properly installed causing water from the sink to drain into the dishwasher. It is also not properly mounted so when you open it, it tips slightly, causing the water that drained into it to spill onto the floor. There was only enough hot water for 2 people to shower. The window curtains are sheer so people can see into the bedrooms from outside. The fridge has a water dispenser however it is not hooked up. There was not laundry detergent or kleenex in the house. The are 4 sheds on the property so not sure what is up with that. The exterior doors have visible gaps around them. Some of the furniture is super cheap. The back and side door have a deadbolt however it is keyed on both sides so I was not able to lock it. The owners were quick to respond to request so that was a plus. Overall the house was not bad, I am just being a little more critical because it is being called Luxury, which it is not.

Perfect Location

We didn’t spend much time at the home other than to sleep, shower, and do some laundry.Very nice fixtures. The shower was fantastic and the laundry equipment worked great.We were able to safely park a motorcycle and an SUV without issue. Very close to the Metro Blue Line station.
