Welcome home to this nearly 2,000 square foot end unit townhome backing to a golf course and in the fabulous community! Enjoy updates and amenities that make this home enjoyable - a newer kitchen with a large wifi-enable refrigerator, hardwood flooring, newly renovated bathrooms, a full office, very fast internet and Peleton with enabled live classes subscription for your daily workouts.
Upon entering you will love the airy light-filled main level that is complete with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and half bath! Entertaining is easy with walkout access to a spacious outdoor deck that offers picturesque treescape views. Upstairs you will find two incredibly spacious bedrooms with cathedral ceilings and each with their own private bathroom. A washer dryer is conveniently located between both bedrooms. Downstairs you will find an incredible bedroom/flex space with full renovated bathrooms. This room has walkout access to the backyard and can be used as an additional family room, home office, or workout space.
Baby crib is available upon request.


This sought-after community is located just 20 miles from Washington D.C, with major thoroughfares easily accessible, and minutes from Dulles International Airport.

Quick weekend stay

We spent a recent Friday to Sunday weekend at the townhouse and was impressed with its cleanliness and updated features. The kitchen and bathrooms are clean and modern. Beds were comfortable and our family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great townhouse close to everything and allows pets!

I highly recommend this end unit townhouse that overlooks the Pendergolf course. It was clean, quiet and had all the amenities. The host was available for any questions and I was glad that he allowed my dog to stay too. The townhouse is located right off Route 50 and close to getting on Route 66 to DC. There are plenty of places to eat close by. We are looking forward to staying here againl

Nice Place

The place was really nice. There were some nice touches such as a heated towel rack, a thermostat that both heats and cools to keep the temperature within a certain range, a smart fridge, and a beautiful deck outside. It’s located right outside of a golf course. It’s a busy complex with lots of cars, but that is expected in this area. Everything seemed clean although I saw ants in one of the bedrooms.

We had a wonderful stay at your town house. The property was lovely and fulfilled all our needs. We were only about 35 minutes from D.C. which was perfect for our trip to view the cherry blossoms and the other sights of of D.C.Everything was clean and comfortable and would return again.

Great property close to DC!

We loved our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 (including teenagers) to spread out. The setting is peaceful and proximity to the city was great. There are also many parks, grocery stores, restaurants, etc close by. We had our nails done at Divine Nail Spa before the wedding we were attending, and they were awesome. We managed to leave a wedding band behind. The property manager was quick in communicating with us, and the cleaning folks found it and kept it locked for us until a family member could come get it. Whirlwind Weekend Wedding

We were very happy with our stay for my son’s wedding. I reserved the home mostly because it would accommodate our small yorkie, who wound up not coming with us after all. Victor, the owner, was so good about returning us the pet fee. Thank You for that. We were concerned that it being a townhome that his barking would bother the other neighbors but honestly, the home is very quiet and you really can’t hear your only neighbor on the one side at all. The whole community is quiet and peaceful. Things we loved about the unit. Lots of parking. We had 3 cars and we didn’t have trouble parking at all. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all 6 of us. We switched out a couple and were able to wash the bedding and the towels. Such a plus. Hanging out on the patio in the morning with coffee was very pleasant. My husband, a techy, lived the tv in the fridge. The townhome looks like the pictures with the exception that it has aged down since the pictures were probably taken, which is expected. The ac was a little uneven on each floor, but the return filters probably just need changing and cleaned. A couple bathroom sinks drain slowly and probably need the traps cleaned. None of it really diminished our stay and we would stay again. Viktor, the owner is incredibly easy to communicate with. He returns messages right away. He’s kind and cares about providing his visitors with good service. Again, we would definitely stay there again, and I can’t wait because I miss my kids. Thanks.

Nice stay

Overall nice stay at this property. Great communication with the owner, who immediately addressed all needs. Beds were comfy upstairs. Bathrooms were nice with good lighting. Very convenient to all sports fields we played at in Fairfax, good restaurants, entertainment and not terribly far from DC tourist spots. Felt safe in neighborhood.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood on the golf course

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It was well stocked with many complimentary amenities and the neighborhood was peaceful. We felt safe in this area and had great access to shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Access into DC was easy (an EZ Pass toll tag definitely helps!). We had great communication with the owner. We will definitely stay here again if and when we are in the area!

David's Wedding

Beautiful place with very comfy beds, kitchen has all you need to enjoy a meal, coffee or tea sitting in the outside patio enjoy the view of the golf course.
