The 'California Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.

It was ok. Could have had more hangers, hooks on doors, didn’t feel homey. They were not clear about where pool was located so never got to use it.

Great property in a fantastic location. Walkable to all the downtown sites and shops. Lots of open space to gather and enjoy family time. The parking is very limited however and super tight
We really enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The hosts were very attentive and eager to help. The rooms were large and well accommodated. There were 8 of us and we all were very happy and will definitely look for their other properties in the future!
Perfect place in great location within a walking distance to the restaurants. Place is very clean, and well equipped. The only slight issue was a weak Wi-Fi, we had to hotspot to watch TV. But we would stay again for sure! Definitely recommend!
The place is exactly as described. You can walk to lots of food venues and shopping and just a short drive to all the beaches. Street parking was actually even better than on site parking. Great spot to visit Charleston!
Our stay was fantastic and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone. The location is a few blocks from King St with restaurants and bakeries a few steps away. The showers were large and fabulous as well as the family room and kitchen. When a message was written a response was received quickly.
Our family had a great time in Charleston, in great part thanks to this unit. Everyone had their own bedrooms with TVs and a nice big kitchen and living room space. The location was absolutely perfect to walk through Charleston as well as really easy to get out of town to see all the sights (Patriot’s Park, the Plantations, etc.).
California Palm was an excellent choice for our family to stay during our recent trip to Charleston. It was in an excellent location, just a few blocks off King Street, with a good coffee shop (Bad Bunnies) and a few restaurants within very short walking distance. It was perfectly clean, had great amenities, and plenty of spots to relax and watch a movie after a long day of sightseeing. Very safe neighborhood. We had two teens in our group who were able to walk around by themselves with no concern. One of the best VRBO properties we've had.
Liked the condo. Very clean. Excellent beds, towels and kitchen. Didn’t realize it was on the second floor with 22 steps. People underneath us were very loud and kept us up until 2am.
We loved our stay in this beautiful unit! It was great having 4 bedrooms each with private bathrooms! The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies we needed for light cooking and the supplies were all in good condition. Plus it was great having 2 washers and dryers! It was perfect for our family to be together since we all live in different states! Wish we could have stayed longer! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Charleston!
Very nice place, great location. The only complaints were that some of the bedrooms were lacking closet/dressers to unpack clothes. Also no major networks on the cable so we couldn't watch the NCAA hoops games.
Great Location, Comfortable Beds & Responsive Staff
Great location within walking distance of King St restaurants, shops and bars. The condo is just as pictured on the site. All the beds were really comfortable, and the bathrooms were cleaned well. We did not cook but there were plenty of dishes for our quick snacks. The management staff was very responsive. Every question was answered quickly even before booking this unit. No complaints and I would stay here again on my next Charleston visit.
This is our second time staying with town & island co and we would highly recommend any of their properties to anyone! Our unit was exactly as described with 4 bedrooms with king or 2 twin beds upon request. Each room with a spacious en suite bathroom. One bathroom does connect to the living room/kitchen as well as the bedroom. The units location is also incredible. We walked everywhere the entire weekend. Will definitely look to stay with them again!
