The Overlook on King is a brand new, luxurious property located on the vibrant King Street. Enjoy the perfect blend of privacy and excitement in this stunning vacation rental.
The Overlook on King can accommodate up to 13 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, with a spacious kitchen and living area designed for entertainment.

Bedroom #1 – Flex Room, one King bed (or two twins) + Shared bath
Bedroom #2 – Flex Room, one King bed (or two twins) + Ensuite bath
Bedroom #3 – Flex room, one King bed (or two twins)+ Ensuite bath

Living Room – King-size luxury memory foam sleeper sofa + Shared ½ bath
All flex rooms can be converted from a King bed to two twins when requested.

The Overlook on King is equipped with a coded lock that is changed regularly. You will receive all important check-in information 3 days prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are evaluated and granted on a case-by-case basis. We offer storage lockers for luggage inside of the building for guests to use as needed while they await their check-in or throughout their stay.

Cannonborough-Elliotborough is a vibrant and hip neighborhood in downtown Charleston, SC, known for its mix of historic charm and modern developments. Dotted with indie boutiques, vintage stores, trendy eateries, and bakeries, it offers a lively and diverse community atmosphere. The tree-lined streets and colorful architecture attract young professionals, families, students, and vacationers, providing a walkable lifestyle just a few blocks from bustling Upper King Street.
This charming neighborhood balances historical preservation with urban living and is a key contributor to Charleston’s growth and appeal. Enjoy the convenience of a walkable lifestyle, immersing yourself in the rich culture and lively atmosphere that Charleston has to offer. With public transportation and ride-sharing services readily available, getting around the city and beyond is a breeze.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Town & Island Co. welcomes pets. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. 2 pets maximum. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s).
Severe Weather Policy: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC, your stay will be refunded. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued.
