We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. The home was spotlessly clean – everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was immaculate, and it felt like walking into a brand new space. We had such a great stay! The house was spotless, tidy, and felt freshly renovated. It had plenty of space for our family to spread out, and we really appreciated having two full bathrooms plus a half bath — such a lifesaver with kids. The bunk beds were perfect for them, and we loved how safe and secure the home felt with the Ring camera at the front door. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from downtown Greensboro, the Children’s Museum, and the Science Museum. The host went above and beyond — they were so accommodating when I made a booking error and were quick to respond to any questions. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Greensboro.

Very good communication with the host. Very clean house. Wonderful setup for our 4 year grandchild traveling with us. Plenty of entertaining toys. Fenced in backyard so he could run without us worrying. Supplied coffee and other amenities appreciated. Quiet neighborhood. We will try to rebook The Beech House when we return for our next visit!

Very nice property that was recently renovated. Very close to NC A&T which was perfect because we went to Delaware/NC A&T football game. Neighborhood is quiet.

Soccer trip

The Beech House was an easy choice given how close it is to downtown Greensboro, without the “downtown” feel. The place was really clean and well appointed with kitchen and other stuff. This place would be great for families with kids, too. Reginald was very prompt with any responses. Beds and other furniture were really comfy. Next time we are back in Greensboro, I’ll definitely try to book The Beech House.

Had everything we could think of for a family stay. We came with 4 kids 1-5 years old + sister in law. Couldn't imagine a better stay at an expensive hotel! 10/10 would recommend. Only upgrade would be a filtered water tap!

Reginald was more than helpful and lightning quick with communication. House was extremely clean and numerous small touches that were included were much appreciated! Unfortunately weather did not allow us to enjoy the outdoor area. Plenty of food options nearby!

Beautiful home, perfect for kids!

We came to Greensboro to do the many children’s museums and science museum/zoo/aquarium. We have three kids and this house was perfect for us! It’s a couple minutes from the Greensboro children’s museum and short drive to the science museum and another children’s museum in high point that we went to. The house seems to have been entirely remodeled, and feels like a brand new house throughout, with all the nicest options. Beautiful counters and all new appliances, a great shower in the master bath and comfy beds including our kids favorite, a bunk bed in one room. The best part though was it was completely kid friendly, loaded with toys and games and play areas for the kids so we could just let them free and they’d play happily. After long days of being out, we could relax and they were excited to find new toys and play with them. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

We will stay again and again!

We visit Greensboro every August and fell in love with this property and the area. Reggie was great from the moment I booked the house and right through our stay. There are some really great individually owned (vs chain) restaurants in the area, the house is close to the coliseum where we spent our days and we loved sitting in the living room, enjoying a glass of wine together at night. We really can't say enough!

If you are a family traveling with kids... The Beech is a much better option than staying at a hotel. Get your evenings back by putting the kids to bed and relaxing in the living room. Don't want to be crowded in a small hotel room, try lounging in the backyard on the back deck!. Read the reviews on all websites.
