This cozy home is perfect for your work or personal trips and is 5 min. from downtown Greensboro, 7 min. from Hwy 40/85. Only 5-15 minutes away from every local college and university.

Early check-in/late check out may be available.


Smart TVs in every bedroom and den with complimentary Netflix account.


The custom bathrooms will take your breath away and include complimentary body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. Fresh linens and toiletries provided w/ premium mattresses. Kitchen includes granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, Keurig, & coffee/tea. Front porch and back patio are fully furnished. Charcoal grill is provided.

Nearby train track. Complimentary earplugs provided upon request.

There is a slight step down from the hallway to the master bedroom. There are 4 steps from the yard up to the front door.

Each bedroom includes a dresser and charging stand or charging block for cell phones.

Entire house will be accessible. The shed in the back yard is not accessible. Please do not attempt to enter it.

Small and medium size pets, weighing no more than 50 lb are allowed.

Dog breeds which are commonly considered to be aggressive are NOT ALLOWED, including Pit Bull Terriers (e.g., American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier), Rottweilers,

As advertised. House was clean and very well supplied with everything we needed. They even supplied some snacks, coffee, sweetener and creamer. There was salt, pepper, trash bags, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Good supply of towels and linens. The train didn’t bother us at all while sleeping without earplugs. It went by a few times we were at the house and it was fast Amtrak not a long freight train. Location was 5-10 minute drive to Cone Health Hospital. Great communication by owner. Was driving a new vehicle and no issues with theft and felt safe. It seems like the neighborhood is being revitalized.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this home. It was a very comfortable home for our group of 4 adults. It was spotlessly clean, the kitchen was stocked well with everything we needed to make a meal and even included bottles of water and snacks for us and a nice welcome note. Sweet! The communication was outstanding. The beds and pillows are very firm. The house heated up nicely. The neighborhood is old and a little worn but once in the house we were very pleased. A train does go by close to the house but it did not bother us. Overall it was a 5 star experience. Thank you very much!

We were in town for our daughter's college multi-day swim meet. This house was perfect for our needs and comfort while going back and forth to the Greensboro Aquatic Center for prelims and finals. Everything was amazing about this home. Living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms.....all of it was top notch!

The 6 of us really enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed and enough space for 2 vehicles to park. The neighborhood was very quiet and laid back. We were in Greensboro to visit our son at NC A&T for Aggie Family weekend and to watch him (BGMM) during halftime of the football game. This property is 2 miles from the campus, so that was very convenient for us. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great place to stay. It's a lovely home with plenty of space. It has a wonderful eat-in kitchen for family meals. It's close to downtown, the hospital, and pretty much anything you need to get to. The neighborhood is safe and quiet (minus the train).Renee was a wonderful host with lots of communication. It seems like they thought of everything you could possibly need or want.I highly recommend.

Love the South!

This was the first time i used VRBO. Typically, when we travel we stay in a hotel, which can be pricey for a family of five. I didn't know what to expect, but when i tell u i am never going back to hotel stays ever!....I mean it. The house was clean all the way throughout, the check in was simple and Renee and Jeremy the property owners have their stuff together. Would def rent from them again.
