As you enter Villa Miramar you are greeted with an upscale, open concept kitchen with granite countertops and new cabinets with all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite meals. Central air conditioning cools the entire condo, but once you experience the ocean breeze that flows freely thru each room, you likely won't need it.
