Nice home on canal

It's a nice home in a great location. Having both a pool and location on a canal is really nice. The neighborhood is very quiet and secure as well.

Pelican Paradise

This home is well kept, well stocked, clean and comfortable. It is in a beautiful and quiet area. We have rented in Cape Coral a number of times and we consider this house the best. We have already booked it for a 2 month stay next winter.

Great weather and sunset view.

Our stay was perfect. Host was engaged well before the stay providing some information about the area. Host was extremely flexible will all our needs as we came in on a late flight and required to check out later than expected. I would like to say this will be a top place we will come back to if available for our next Cape Coral visit.

Wonderful stay at Pelican

We are a family of 5 with 3 young children and had a wonderful stay here. Lars and Paloma are great hosts, responded immediately and answered any questions we had. The house is well equipped with lots of amenities. The view is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Great Location

Nice open living area. Well stocked kitchen. The pool was a great place to be in the warm, sunshine. The owners and property manager were terrific addressing any questions or issues. Very pleasant home for our 3 week vacation!

Outdoor fun

This house greets you with beautiful views. The common areas open up to a large pool with plenty of sun and shade areas. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Our family of 5 enjoyed this space!

Family Vacation

We were very happy with how clean the property was upon arrival. We did not use the boat lift but it was nice to know that was an option because we will definitely use it next time to make more use of the beautiful canals. We spent most of our time around the pool and had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Stay

This property was the best rental experience me and my family have had. They had everything needed in the house including a fully stocked kitchen, childrens necessities, and plenty of activites for our kids to keep busy. The hosts had great communication and offered up many suggestions for places to eat/visit. Would stay with them again. Highly recommended.

Terrific Stay in SW Cape Coral

We loved the warm and welcoming ambiance and comfort that this lovely gulf side home provided. Cannot match the water views from all the rooms in this property. The layout of the home was perfect and the property was equipped with all the comforts of home and so much more. The hosts were extremely supportive and accommodating and responded quickly to any of our questions! We really enjoyed our stay and wish to return next year for a longer stay! Highly recommend this family friendly property.

Home Away from Home

We usually stay on Sanibel Island and because of Ian we could not. We did not know much about Cape Coral but this rental property was perfect for us! Very comfortable and quiet. Pool was wonderful and home had everything we needed. I would have loved to stay much longer. The owners answered any questions immediately which gave me peace of mind renting in a new, for us, area. I hope to be back again 🌴 Thank you Pelican!

Beautiful location and well maintained

The listing pretty much sums it up; this clean, modern villa is tastefully decorated and very comfortable for vacationers who aren't looking for up-scale facilities at up-scale prices. The owners were very easy to communicate with. The pool was great and we even did some fishing off the pier with success! The master bedroom was wonderful. The other two bedrooms could use some fluffier pillows and the beds were a bit hard but it wasn't a deal breaker. Thanks for a great experience!

Exactly what we needed

We were in town for my step dad’s memorial service. Because if the circumstances, my mom couldn’t host us at her house. This house was close to to my mom and perfect the group that came to support me and her during this time. Our one disappointment was that the pool did not heat up even after speaking with Markus about how to turn it on. The weather was still nice enough to hang out outside yesterday before we had to leave.

nightmare

we arrived at the property at 7.30 at night to find all was locked up and workman had stripped all roof shingles off there was black grit every were inc pool we had to let ourselves in through rear patio doors which would not lock next day we moved out to find another property as my daughter and grand children were coming but did get my money back
