Guest Access:
➤ All building amenities like pools, hot tub, gym, game room, and kids' playground are open and available to Airbnb guests. Pool/Jacuzzi are both open from 7am and closes at 6pm.
➤ We provide 6 bath towels for the apartment. You are free to use the laundry facilities on the 14th floor or we can provide extra set for $10 per towel.
➤ One assigned parking spot
➤ Please note that although there is one parking spot. Parking garage is advised for Small SUVs and Sedans, anything larger than that may be difficult to get around.
The Neighborhood:
Brickell is the city's financial center, where glittering business towers and luxury condos tower over Biscayne Bay. Rooftop bars and surf 'n' turf grills cater to the banking and business crowd, while the art galleries and fashionable boutiques in the Brickell City Centre attract chic locals. The Brickell Avenue Bridge spans the Miami River and has views of the waterfront Miami Circle park and archaeological site.
Getting Around:
Brickell is very walkable, and this apartment is in the middle of the action! You can walk everywhere, take a short Uber ride, or take public transportation (some of it free) just on a couple of steps away.
Free trolley, free mover and metro rail are walking distance.
Other Things to Note:
➤ Please note that any changes to the primary guest once registration has been completed will be subject to an additional fee.
➤ Two physical fobs will be provided for your stay.
➤ Please note that for one night stays there is an extra charge of USD 50 to register you at the front desk. For all other stays we cover this charge so it is complimentary for you.
➤ The building requires that we both sign and submit a short term lease form to register our guests, this form states the dates of your arrival and departure, name of the leas traveler, and that the guests will follow the building rules
➤ The property does have both heating and A/C but we don't guarantee that you can reach a comfortable setting if you're preferred temperature is outside of the range of about 65 - 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, given the nature of short term rentals, with people being in and out constantly, we can't guarantee 100% uptime as unfortunately some guests will occasionally push the systems beyond their capacity requiring repairs.
➤ Packages and mail :
The concierge only accepts it during the time of your stay. The package is fine as long it is under the name of the primary guests during the registration/ the guests staying in the unit. Letter mail is not permitted, only packages.
➤ Please note that in this residential building, T-shirts and shoes must be worn at all times, and a respectful dress code is required in common areas.
