Conveniently located within 15 miles of Loveland, A-Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail, this home is a basecamp for alpine skiing, snowboarding, and winter adventures like snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, sledding, and ice skating. In warmer months, explore private hiking trails, cast a line in exclusive fishing waters, or hit the water at nearby Lake Dillon for kayaking, paddle-boarding, and boating.

As a guest of Summit Sky Ranch, you'll also enjoy access to the Aspen House - with a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, fire pit, fitness center, wellness room and the Lake House, nestled along Lake Everist, complete with two hot tubs, paddle-boards, grills, and a beach area perfect for sunny days.

Guests of Summit Sky Ranch Rentals have access to a variety of Summit Sky Ranch amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters, the Aspen House, and our Lake House. The Aspen House amenities include an outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs, a fitness center, a wellness room, a Ping-Pong table, a community gathering area with local tap beer and wine available, and an outdoor fire pit complete with roasting sticks. The Lake House amenities include a fire pit, two grills, and two hot tubs nestled right on the spring-fed Lake Everist, perfect for fishing, kayaking, and stand-up paddle boarding.

Aspen House visitation hours are currently:
Monday-Thursday 10 am-7 pm
Friday 10 am-6 pm
Saturday 9 am-11 am
Sunday 5 pm-7 pm

Lake House visitation hours are currently:
7 days a week 7 am-9 pm Visitation hours are subject to change

Things To Know:
All guest will need to sign a liability waiver before use of the Summit Sky Ranch Amenities.
Access to the recreational house requires HOA approval, and the property owner must personally check guests in. If you would like to use Aspen House during your stay, please contact us in advance, and we will coordinate with the owner to facilitate access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
