TV'S IN ALL ROOMS WITH CABLE BOXES. UPGRADED WIFI.The La Jolla Shores community offers very quaint restaurants, featuring International and local cuisines. Within walking distance you may rent bicycles, kayaks and other water fun sports equipment.Enjoy your own Private Heated Pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture.. Exclusive Parking 1 car Garage attached (parking is a premium by the beach). Master & 2 Bedrooms have air conditioning.

All the bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs, with WIFI & cable TV which are included. The Kitchen, is remodeled, with full size refrigerator-freezer, large dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your pure enjoyment with dishes, plates, cups, blender (margaritas) ...., Martini shaker. The Master bedroom offers for your relaxation just a few steps to the Jacuzzi from sliding door. Large Family room with 2 large sectional couches (one is a full size sleeper couch), to enjoy the huge flat screen TV. Along with a treadmill while watching TV or the swimming pool. The Second den/bedroom has a (queen size bed) , and it's own flat screen TV. Upstairs both lovely bedrooms, each with its owned flat screen TV, WIFI and Cable. The first bedroom upstairs is the size of the master bedroom, with its own exclusive patio deck with chairs and table and a peek view of the beach. RATES VARY DEPENDING ON THE SEASON. SUMMER IS HIGH SEASON. (No party events)There have been dogs on site.

A perfect place

This is just an incredible house. Well stocked with everything you may need from dishes, to glasses to cookware to towels and bedding.The location is perfect for the beach!! We walk out the front door, Walk through the park and there's the ocean. The icing on the cake was when we get back from a day at the beach, we have a beautiful pool and hot tub waiting for us. Vicky and her husband were very kind and very informative about the property and truly attended to our needs. We will always come back to this property!

Great place near the beach

This place was perfect for our family and friends. Close to the beach and dining. If you plan to cook, you’ll need your own condiments/basics, but the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pan/plates/etc. For the beach, they have lots of towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to haul it all.
