Prime Pocono living is yours at this gorgeous Northridge townhome. A perfect year-round getaway, the vacation home is ideally situated within a mile of Camelback Mountain Resort and less than two miles of Big Pocono State Park, offering four seasons of fun within minutes of the house.

Bright and inviting, the home comes well-appointed for contemporary family comfort. A private deck comes equipped with a gas grill for summertime cookouts. You'll find the full kitchen ready to handle any home cooking needs, and the living room sets the stage for casual downtime, with features including a fireplace, a sectional, and massive smart TV. Two bedrooms include their own smart TVs, for added convenience. A bunk room includes a dedicated desk for remote working or school study needs. Additional perks include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests must complete and return the required registration paperwork at least 48 hours before check-in. Guests are also required to supply a copy of their Identification for all members in the rental party that are at or over the age of 18 by 12:00pm EST on the day prior to arrival. Failure to complete the registration process will result in cancelation of the reservation.
All guests are required to be of the same single family.
All members count towards the allowed occupancy including young children and babies
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
YouTube TV access will be provided, but guests must use their own login credentials for other streaming services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. older and a bit worn, particularly the kitchen. the dishwasher sounds pretty bad, but did an okay job of cleaning. it may be on it's last legs.the biggest challenge was dealing with Vacasa who couldn't find my reservation then required me to call them an verify my authenticity, this after the charge had already been made to my account for a non refundable trip.otherwise the home was as advertised.thank you

Near to everywhere

The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to Camelback and various points of interest. Right down the street was a really good restaurant and brewery. It made traveling a pleasure!!!

Great place to stay!

The house was very clean and comfortable! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you might need, the beds were comfortable, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay there again!

Great spot near the slopes, and beautifully updated

I'd recommend this property. The managers were great communicators, the price was reasonable, and the spaces were spotlessly clean and updated. Very crisp, clean sheets and blankets, plenty of fluffy towels. I really appreciated the little touched during our stay. My only note is that the bunk bed could potentially sleep 4 people/kids, but it just seemed very wobbly and I worried having my one child climbing on it. I suggest the property manager tighten up the construction on it.

Awesome place near Camelback ski resort

The pictures really do not do this place justice as the property was nicer in person. The house was extremely clean and the communication and check in instructions were thorough. The family had a great time and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent long weekend away

Our family has two homes in the Northridge community and nearby East Stroudsburg. We have been visiting for over 20 years. Came for our daughter’s birthday celebration and needed our own space since ours is being rented out for the season. The property had excellent amenities. Beds and linens were excellent! Very clean comfortable and we look forward to renting again. Only criticism was the front light outside was burnt out, making it pitch black and a potential hazard which they didn’t not come to fix. The garbage disposal in the kitchen also did not work and the kitchen sink and backed up several times on us where my husband had to use the bathroom plunger. We think it’s also affecting the dishwasher since we had to do two loads back to back and they weren’t cleaning well. A few burnt out light bulbs throughout but over all nothing major. As another person mentioned, there was no checkout instructions as to garbage linens, beds, etc. which usually are provided. The company did reach out to us in a prompt manner.

Amazing

The house was perfect for my partner and I, as well as another couple. We were able to travel to blue mountain from here and it was a safe and fun ride. The house was fully stocked and felt super at home (away from home). Thank you!

Comfortable & clean accomodations

We love the Pocono area. We originally booked this home to do some skiiing over Thanksgiving week. However, there wasn't enough snow so we had to adjust. We made the trip into New York City a couple of times instead since its only 1.5 hour drive into mid-town. The accommodations are as described and pictured. I am a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness. This place was very clean. Comfortable beds (adjustable head rest & foot rest) and bedding. The large Smart TV's in each of the rooms were a plus and all of the furniture seemed to be pretty new. Fireplace with wood to burn was wonderful to settle in around for the night. Easy to get in and out of housing area and close to shopping should the desire arise. My only real complaint would be that we were unable to find where to dispose of our trash. After several attempts to contact Vacasa concerning this, they were not able to adequately inform us of where the dumpster was. Other then that, it was a great place to stay and we would book it again. Suggestions of things to do in the area...skiing - Camelback or Shawnee Mountain, Bushkill Falls if you like to hike a little and love waterfalls. Lots of shopping & restaurants - 1. Pocono Premium Outlet Mall, 2. Downtown Stroudsburg PA shopping area located along Main St. between Broad St. & 8th St., 3. Jim Thorpe, PA shopping area located on Broadway between Lehigh Ave. & Hill St. Looks like a old town out of Switzerland. We also visited the Martin Guitar Factory and took a tour. They have a museum there and an area where you can play some of their guitars. Overall, we had a wonderful time and the accomodations were comfortable for our large family.
