Lovely, quiet neighborhood with mature vegetation. This is the Villages Gardenia model, with an open floor plan and views of the golf course from the patio/lanai, family room, dining room, and primary suite. Pets are allowed with a pet fee and agreement with the owner.
The home is fully furnished including a full kitchen, linens, and starter sundries. Shopping is close-by and plentiful. A family pool is one mile away and a sports pool is located at the Savannah Center just one mile away.
