Beautiful home within Walking distance to Sumter Landing

You will love the Location, Just a quick walk to be able to Enjoy the Largest town square's restaurants, shops and of course the nightly music. There is also an electric Golf cart with LITHIUM batteries, travel 30-40 miles on one charge. Cart is there for your use. Cart has side doors, no more rolling up and down the vinyl sides. Living room has comfortable power couch and chair, so easy to put your feet up after a busy day. There is a Murphy bed for any guests that may drop by. Mastered has king size bed, second bedroom has queen.Enclosed big Lanai Temporary resident ID's are available for 2 travelers at the cost of $50 payable to The Villages when you pick them up. They will let you use all the facilities and reserve tee times

We enjoyed our stay. This rental is a short walk to Sumpter Landing and is centrally located to everything. We had plenty of room and would recommend this rental!

Terrific property in a perfect location

This was our first stay at this location. My wife and i have visited The Villages several times over the last 6 years and this home was by far the best place we have stayed at. Highly recommend it.

Canadians in the Villages

The property was great! However it could have been a little cleaner. I wish our daughter and grandchildren were able to join us, as there was certainly enough room. Location was excellent!

Thank you for your response, I'm sorry you did not find my home clean enough. I'm a little confused, as I purchased the home in July, I had it freshly painted and cleaned prior to adding the new furniture. You were my first travelers to occupy. I will have my cleaners thoroughly check home again .

Great location close to Lake Sumter Landing

Great house. Two blocks from an adult pool and 3 from the kid’s pool. You could walk to Lake Sumter Landing if you wish. A place if available again in the future we will rent again.

We had a great experience! Clean well taken care of house! Comfortable bed and great space to relax in evening. 3-5 minutes by golf cart into Sumter landing market square where we were able to get a variety of meals, entertainment and night life Thank you for the hospitality Judy and Rita! Enjoyed the Villages

This process was so easy. I was worried about not having the information, and she sent it to me right away. The house was comfortable, clean and convenient to squares, pools and my father. When we had a glitch with the washer and dryer, Judy was right there walking me through it. We stayed for 10 days and just enjoyed it so much. We hope to come back to this one. Worth it!! Thank you Judy and Rita. We will book soon as we can again.

Skip-Hop-Jump to Lake Sumpter Square

Ideal location Lake Sumpter and both Buena Vista and Morse Main streets to travel to all parts of The Villages. Only thing lacking was very poor TV selection!!!

Really happy you enjoyed your stay. We do offer basic cable, that has more then 3 channels. Will definitely look into why that’s all you had. You are right, most of our guests have their own NETFLIX OR STREAMING SERVICES. That they use for their stay.,
