Modern lake front home

Grace`s Cottage is a charming 1860`s cottage on Lake Saint George. Newly remodeled, the 3 bedroom, 1 bath cottage offers a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern amenities. A spacious screened porch overlooks the lake, and a year-round hot tub provides a perfect spot to relax and unwind. This living space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Whether you`re seeking a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, Grace`s Cottage is the perfect home base for your Maine adventure.

This vacation rental is a three-bedroom one-bathroom house that overlooks the lake. It sleeps 8 people comfortably with a king-sized bed and trundle in the master room, one room with a queen, and another with two twin-sized beds. We offer a fully supplied kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. We also have a large screened-in porch perfect for lunchtime picnics.

You will have access to our hot tub year-round and lake access is seasonal from May through October with access to a stand-up paddle board, canoe, kayaks, and life jackets are also provided.

We are available all days of the week if you have any questions and will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We strive to make your travel experience the best.

Quite relaxing area with unique shops and food options close by.

Great place to stay to check out the whole state

Great location to stay if you're wanting to check out Portland to Bar Harbor. We loved the hot tub and the access to the water with views of wildlife and stars. The haystack trail right across the street was a great start to the day as well.

Lovely Liberty Lakefront

Easy house to have a nice time with friends. Very comfortable & well equipped, except for the kitchen, which could use more cooking & serving pieces. But the basics provided were good. We were four people for a few days and I wouldn’t have more due to the lack of a second toilet. Note a neighbor has a bunch of chickens & that’s what you hear, rather than the loons. Otherwise plenty nearby to do, see, and eat, and of course, the lake.

Gorgeous House, Gorgeous View

You could not ask for a more lovely space. Went to Liberty to see some friends, and this house is such a beautiful little gem. The renovated space is comfortable, functional, and welcoming. We managed to arrive just after a late March snowstorm so while we didn’t enjoy the lake, the hot tub was greatly appreciated. By far one of the nicest houses I have rented, and you will not find anything as nice as this in the area. Have recommended it to other friends and will definitely book again.

The Lost Kitchen get away

My longtime girlfriends and I booked the cottage as it was within 20 minutes to The Lost Kitchen. We made a long weekend of the trip and were easily able to get to many out lying towns with in an hour or so. The cottage was newly remodeled, clean, and very cozy. It came with the cutest welcome basket and a guide of everything you would need for your stay!

As a 40 year renter of Maine camps, this home was beyond any place we had stayed in. Everything was top grade and plentiful. Amenities galore. Our less than perfect ratings had to do with our previous experiences. This home is not a Maine cabin experience. Situated on "Main Street," across from an elementary school and on a very active road, our typical bucolic, woodsy experience was a distant memory. However, sitting on the back porch, most of the activity up front was muffled. Spencer was very responsive.

Absolutely wonderful

This house is a dream. You can tell that a lot of thought and love have gone into making this a comfortable house for guests. We spent our days down on the dock enjoying the boats and swimming in the lake, grilling dinner and using the hot tub. With little kids I especially appreciated the amount of towels available to us. Also the AC was wonderful on the hot days. The only cons of this property were that -the only bathroom is upstairs, -that the stairs are very steep and my kids needed help going up and down and constant supervision around the stairs -and that the road is quite hazardous as it’s not busy but people are driving fast on it.

A great weekend away!

The house is adorable, well appointed and comfortable. All the cottage charm and beauty, with all the modern conveniences. We had a fantastic time puttering around on the lake in the provided kayaks. The ping pong table on the enclosed porch got lots of use. Would highly recommend this rental to friends and family and would definitely stay again. The owners were also great at communicating and checked in on us to make sure everything was as it should be.

Truly the feel of home

This property had everything a family would need for a great summer vacation with lots of great memories. Loved the summer porch with a view of the lake, the beds were cozy and so comfortable, and the house had a charm all its own. We loved it.

Our family has loved vacationing in Maine for a long time and has found Liberty to be a great location. We love spending time at the lake or shopping in Camden and Belfast. Overall, we always enjoy our time as a family at Grace's Cottage and hope you can too!
