Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each unit has its own kitchen facility. There is off street parking for 2 cars + 2 on street parking permits. There is a screened in porch on the downstairs unit plus an enclosed porch. The upstairs unit has a front and rear deck.
There are two additional weekly rentals located behind this home, two apartments.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $356.80. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.
