Esta casa de 6 dormitorios, 6. 5 baños cuenta con 3 habitaciones del primer piso y tiene capacidad para 14 personas en camas. Ideal para familias grandes, largos o múltiples. El plan de piso abierto es perfecto para el entretenimiento.

Entrar en la casa a través de un porche abierto a la sala de estar, comedor y cocina. El salón tiene un gran televisor de pantalla plana con cable Comcast y reproductor de DVD. El comedor cuenta con una mesa grande y está abierto tanto a la cocina y sala de estar. La moderna cocina incluye un montón de espacio en el mostrador con encimera de granito. La isla central tiene capacidad para 4.

El primer piso también cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 con camas queen size y 1 cama king size, cada habitación cuenta con su propio baño privado único. Vas a tener un tiempo difícil elegir un favorito. No hay acceso a una gran terraza al aire libre a través de dos de los dormitorios. Esta cubierta cuenta con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha al aire libre y zona de barbacoa. El primer piso doble salón también cuenta con un sofá cama y un sofá cama de matrimonio en caso de que un solo individuo quiere ocupar uno de los dormitorios.

El segundo piso cuenta con 3 más dormitorios principales y dos grandes terrazas, una en la parte delantera de la casa y uno con vistas al patio trasero. Tanto si quieres sol o sombra, usted siempre será capaz de encontrar un buen lugar para sentarse y relajarse.

This was our second stay at this property, and it continues to be fantastic. The house is huge with tons of room for everyone to spread out, and everything was clean and comfortable. David is a wonderful host—responsive, welcoming, and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

This was the second year our group stayed here. We love the house- clean, well maintained, each bedroom has its own bathroom, well equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators!) , spacious, hot tub, multiple outdoor seating areas, plenty of parking, a close walk to the beach and downtown, great neighborhood, and responsive owner.

This house is perfect for groups of families. The pictures don’t convey just how big the living and dining area are, plus the 2 different terraces and back yard with a hot tub add even more places to hang out. Every bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom, a feature that impressed our friends. David was also extremely responsive to any questions or issues we had.

Everyone in our extended family (ages 7 weeks to 84 years) enjoyed our second summer visit here. The house's open design works very well. The whole crew can gather together. Grandma loves the kitchen. Smaller groups can settle into games and other activities in the dining area, two living room areas, large balconies, and patio with much appreciated sauna. It's also near a nice park/playground at the top of Silver Lake and near our favorite restaurant on Rehoboth Ave. It's a long walk to the beach for babies and elderly, so we did appreciate the parking passes supplied. Owner very helpful. A wonderful stay.

Large 6 bedroom home w plenty of space to spread out. 2 second story decks are large and have plenty of seating. Hot tub & large outdoor table & chairs out back were a plus.

House was well laid out for family group. Kitchen had two dishwashers and two refrigerators that were welcome. And hot tub was enjoyable. Several detail issues thought. Several bathroom faucets had issues. Hot water in power room inoperable. Back yard table and chairs very moldy. Grill dirty and not used. Several toilets seats chipped. Light over kitchen island flickered and ceiling light in master bath did too.

Family Beach Vacay

Great property to stay at. Easy to walk to beach/boardwalk if desired (15 min walk) or drive takes under 5 mins. Close to route 1 and the outlets (will plan better next time because the outlets are many!!)David met us at check-in and it was smooth. He was receptive to questions and texts but Rehoboth is a very friendly town and we easily got situated. We enjoyed the quiet evenings and ovary the house provided. Very spacious. Great options for our family, which included grams, Auntie, and 2 teens and parents. The front porch was great to sit at and take in the breeze or get sheltered from the sun. Everything was as described. There was a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen near the sink and 2 cabinets. It happens in beach areas. Found some ant spray. But would suggest better solution of traps or something. By the end of our stay, the ants had found their way into the sugar and were spotted in 2 of the downstairs bedrooms (in bathrooms). Hot tub was nice….although it was hot outside, we were able to enjoy it on one cooler evening. We would stay here again, 100percent!!

Large House, Nice Location

This house was a great weekend getaway for our multigenerational extended family. Layout of the house is roomy and accommodates a large group. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the hot tub and back yard. A few areas could benefit from a bit of additional cleaning such as the blinds but overall the house is nice.

Great family time

My family came to Rehobeth to celebrate our Christmas and my husband’s 70th birthday. The house was great for the eight of us and a couple of dogs. We were close to walk to the playground, park, town and the beach. We had plenty of room and a great design that allowed family time and alone space. David was most helpful from my initial inquiry to our final day.

Thanks giving with the New generation

12 of us came to Rehoboth to celebrate Thanksgiving and to meet the newest member of our family. The house is PERFECT! 6 bedrooms with en suite baths AND a powder room! The entire living space is open to the kitchen, so everyone is together. The walk to the beach was delightful - the neighbor hood is beautiful. The beach - WELL- enough said! David couldn't have been more attentive and the house is in immaculate condition. You will love it!

A fabulous house to enjoy Seawitch weekend.

My whole family was so impressed with the amenities to the home. Everyone had their own bathrooms and the open living space was so fun to spread out and play games, cook and eat together. The outside spaces were a bonus and we were so grateful we could bring our dogs. Our host checked on us but gave us our privacy. Thank you and highly recommend.

What a beautiful home!

Could not have found a better place for our group of eight to stay in Rehoboth. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants/shops. The house was tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. Every bedroom having its own bathroom was a nice amenity. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, and having two dishwashers and refrigerators is huge plus. There is ample lighting throughout the house. The two balconies, porch, and back yard seating provides great space with sufficient and comfortable seating for large groups. The jacuzzi was much appreciated as it was clean and easy to operate. This beautiful and well maintained home in a quiet prime neighborhood is just the perfect place for a large gathering of friends and family.

Our Go To Property

We love staying at this lovely property! The location allows each of our family members to do what they love. It is a short walk to a nice playground, the boardwalk, and the ocean. There is something for everyone! This was our second stay here and there will definitely be a third!

Amazing property for very reasonable price!

The pictures don’t do this property justice. Clean, spacious, comfortable home. Each room has its own bathroom which gives one a hotel feel. Quiet, clean, and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful family reunion

Delightful house for our family reunion--we are planning on repeating next year! The high ceilings and open space downstairs easily accommodated our large group. Meal prep was easy at its large kitchen island. The huge DR table was great for card games and dinners. Casual gatherings happened at multiple spots inside & out. And, all loved having private baths for the Q and K bedrooms. David was very helpful--we had a few minor issues that he took care of cheerfully and quickly.

Family Reunion

We had a great stay at this house in Rehoboth for a family reunion. There were 12 of us and plenty of room for all. Lots of great outdoor space, comfortable living room and kitchen and dining areas. It's a little further from town than we expected, but overall not a bad location- nice quiet pretty block. The property manager was very helpful in resolving some very minor issues with the house while we were there. Would stay here again- a great time was had by all ages!

Beautiful, spacious home for a family vacation

We had a large family together (8 of us) and were able to enjoy the end of summer at this well-appointed home with a bathroom for each bedroom. Spacious and clean with a great kitchen (we like to cook dinner together each night) and 2 large refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. We had some initial questions about the property when we first arrived and David was so responsive, including coming by the house twice. A lovely property and our weather was perfect! Cool bugfree nights were great in the hot tub too!
