Monkey Island, Grand Lake Cottage w/ pool & day boat dock

Great little two-bedroom, one bathroom cottage which has a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, the other has a bunk bed with a queen bottom and twin top bunk. Open living and dining area, screened in porch as well as an outdoor porch area with fenced back yard.

Bedding and towels provided. Coffee maker, washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher and fully stocked kitchen.

Area has a pool, shared day dock with well maintained grounds to enjoy a great time at beautiful Grand Lake.

On Monkey Island just minutes from Shangri-La Resorts and area restaurants.

Stables visit

Your cottage is lovely. The only 2 things that could be improved are it wasn’t quite as clean as it could’ve been and we couldn’t turn the ac down past 70. It was very warm until yesterday afternoon so we did need it. All in all it was a great visit. I actually owned 2 of the cottages in that area before buying a larger one. If you ever want to sell let us know.
