Cozy up in this newly remodeled two-bedroom, one-bath duplex with beautiful views of the Port Washington Narrows waterway! Just a short 10 minute drive from the Bremerton to Seattle Ferry Terminal, Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, and St. Michael`s Medical Center. This location is perfect for the traveling professional or small families looking to explore the Pacific Northwest!
This unit is one side of a duplex with ample private parking for 2-3 cars in a quiet neighborhood. There is also a carport spot for 1 vehicle on the back of the home. Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with a beautifully furnished living room, complete with a smart TV, plush throws, a floor to ceiling fireplace (for esthetic purposes only, non-operational), and boardgames for your entertainment. Around the corner from the living room is the dining area and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to cook for your family. Off the dining area is a water facing deck which allows you to sit back and enjoy the Pacific NW with your coffee or wine.
The primary bedroom holds a queen bed, dresser, and walk-in closet. Additional fold out twin bed available. The second bedroom has a double bed, dresser, and closet. Both bedrooms have quality linens and blankets, as well as spare sets of fresh linens for use. The main shared bathroom holds a bathtub and shower equipped with a hair dryer, toiletries, and plenty of fresh towels and wash clothes for your stay.
