The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was somewhat unhappy with the location.
I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
This house is NOT as advertised. There is no wifi There is no large screen TV The DVD players and VCR do not work Many of the TVs do not work None of the clocks work There was one bathroom missing- where does a bathroom go? There were no lightbulbs in most of the lamps for the first few days The blinds did not work in the main level, where the one working TV was, & there was so much glare you couldn't see the screen. The door to the master bedroom deck did not lock. It is obvious that no one has stayed in this house for at least a year, and no one bothered to check to see what did/didn't work. It seemed like it was the concierge's first visit to the property! They promised to fix the wifi but never did. The maintenance person came once and brought some lightbulbs, but never came back. There is no phone in the house, so if you don't have cell service, you are marooned very far anything (as in twenty minutes or so) We did love the tour group they recommended, SIBU was the best thing about the whole stay. HINT- despite what Milagro tells you, do NOT purchase the VIP pass for the airport lounge when you leave ($30pp)- they did not have anything they advertised, including even bottled water. The food was almost nonexistent (peanut butter but not even a slice of bread...a disgusting quesadilla). Waste of money
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was more than happy with the location.
I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
This house was extraordinary in every way. However, I would never recommend it for families with young children. It is terribly dangerous for children who do not swim. The pools are very deep, the marble around the pool is very dangerous when wet, the steep marble steps are dangerous too. We were constantly on the alert and, thank goodness, they children stayed safe but it was not relaxing for us. For adults, it could not have been better. It also would be helpful if Milagro had given us more information about the housekeeping help. The housekeeper was absolutely wonderful and she was so good about doing the laundry (we loved this!) but we would definitely not have needed to bring so many clothes. Not a big deal but it would have been helpful. The staff of Milagro were simply wonderful.
